I give this place chance after chance always thinking that it’ll get better but I’m finally done going here. If you want your order made wrong and you want items missing then this is exactly the place you want to go. Oh yeah, if you want to get told to park in a spot for 10 mins or so waiting for your order to be brought out it’ll happen here if you dare to order more than a couple items. After waiting this morning for over 11 mins I tried to enter the lobby at 7am but it was locked as well even though the hours on the door said the lobby should’ve been open (6am posted hours). Called the manager and just got a nonchalant attitude as expected after receiving cheese on stuff that I requested no cheese on. Thanks McDonalds!!!

I had a terrible experience in the drive through. I was given two orders of over cooked fries and when I requested for new fries, I was told to keep the old fries because they couldn't do anything with them. After hearing complaining in the background, the manager (Alfredo) came to the window very rudely and aggressively and demanded the fries back, though the worker was the one who told us to keep them. Then we were told they were giving us fresh fries, only to receive overcooked fries again. This location clearly needs new management and/or training.

They give preference to drive thru and delivery orders so if you order inside, they will make you wait a long time for your order. Waited over 15 min for a cup of coffee.

I am not a fan of eating at McDonald's because the staff always has an attitude for some reason. I do not appreciate going to an establishment where I'm going to be treated like I don't matter. I understand that working fast food is difficult and stressful and can even be frustrating, but at the end of the day customer service is very important and McDonald's staff tends to lose sight of that.

For one there are McDonald's that are hiring people for more than just $9 an hour which is advertised even in rural areas in GA.I'm assuming that is the reason why this place does not have no napkins, spoons, forks and paper towels available in the bathrooms. If I was a betting woman and I needed to use the restroom, I'm pretty sure there's no toilet paper in there as well.I was hoping to get some napkins or paper towels and some hand sanitizer to wipe off the table myself.The workers are friendly and have good customer service but mediocre. I asked one of the workers for some napkins so I can wipe off my table/seat and if she had any type of spray so I can just wipe it off myself, however she said she'll do it. She only wiped off the table but did not wipe off this seat, and remove someone's hat that was left there.It appears that a lot of homeless people frequent in this McDonald's as well.The USB charging port doesn't work properly and the other one is broken. I plugged up my phone it went from 86% to 84%, thank goodness I had my power bank with me. Unfortunately I did not have a base to use the regular outlet.Ketchup and other unidentifiable stains are on the walls.I am so disgusted and wish that I was not in a situation where I would have to wait in this lobby. Unfortunately my car is in the shop at the moment.In conclusion, pay these people more money, have management keep someone consistently on top of keeping the tables clean, stocked up, floors swept at least if they can't mop and the walls clean, etc etc.I do not recommend anyone to dine in at this location.Vegetarian options: not sure

Tables and seats are dirty, there are no forks or spoons near the napkins, there are no paper towels in the restrooms and the table numbers are sticky and gross to touch.
