I ordered me and my husband dinner from Outback on Friday the 19th and I was unable to eat my meal because I had the Cajun meatloaf and they only put the brown sauce in and not the red sauce. I hadn't been able to go back so today I called and talked to Marcus and told him that I had a meatloaf meal that I hadn't been able to eat since Friday and the sauce was missing and he told me to come and they will bring me the sauce out. I know people scam alot so I had brought the meal with me in case they wanted to see it! They didn't ask anything, a female just handed me the sauce and laughed when I said I had been dying to eat it since Friday. When I got home my husband told me that as a manager when this has happened to him before he would just make the whole plate over to ensure the satisfaction.

Was good but hubby's steak was tough and they had to get another on. wrong potato was supposed to be baked was mashed . But they made it right.and our dessert was burnt on bottom. Server was good but busy and kinda forgot us.
The manager named Kathryn is phenomenal. We had a few minor hiccups and she took care of it immediately. I have been to several Outback locations and Kathryn is by far the best manager I’ve ever encountered.

Burger was overcooked and dry, onion was cold and greasy, and way too salty. Service was non existent until it was time to pay. I couldn't be more disappointed. I won't give them another chance.

Have been coming to this outback since they opened. At first it was great, but the last three times no so much. Usually the service is great. This last time the waitress simply didn't care. We had to send the food back which we never do, and when it come back still wasn't right. This is the second time in the last three visits that we had to send food back. Not sure what happened would have left 1 star if this had been my first time at this restaurant.
