Ordered 2 smoothies, same kind, one had an enhancer. The young man said both were ordered the same, I said one had an enhancer. Instead of him being honest and respectful, he decided to lie and say look for the one that is more red. Really?
Excellent customer service, while visiting to get a smoothie the restaurant got a little backed up. The manger came out front to get everyone’s orders to make sure we all got taken care of. The manger had a conflict with a customer but from my opinion it was not the managers fault. The lady was very rude when the manager was just trying to explain the situation and give the lady a refund but the customer started yelling and being disrespectful.
