Zaxby’s usually doesn’t disappoint but tonight I don’t know what happen this time. Lets do better with the food prep by ensuring it is hot not cold, food is fresh and not taste like it has been sitting awhile and presentation because this is not appropriate for consumption not the toast being burnt. I hope improvement is made so the next customer won’t have the same experience.
Everything was fine except my online order. The have a spot labeled for Uber eats, doordash, and online orders etc. I waited for my order to be place in the online spot. I later realized they put it on the doordash spot. I waited only a short time, but how hard is it to put it in the right place.

Went through drive thur and had to wait for 10min for our food. Once we got it we pulled out and got to where we were going only to find out that even though the food was great, IT WASNT OUR ORDER! 9/10 for whatever it was.... would ORDER again if I knew what it was!
