The cooks are horrible. They have messed up my order this week on two occasions. What's worse is when the cashier took the order she repeated it correctly. Yesterday, like always I asked for flats only, went in and let them know that most were drums. The cook took the plate back threw the flats in, and threw the plate on the top counter. I checked my plate before I left. There wasn't any sauce on the new flats that were put in the plate. With that much love he put into the food, I let them know they could keep it.

If I like the food, it will take more than one visit to be rated low, and Zaxby's is already over-priced, if not also over-rated. How does a wing place run out of wings? That took the cake. The other visits, the lights outside were off at night as if they were closed. These things coupled makes me believe the employees just want to avoid accommodating customers. Over-priced, long waits, and poor customer service = loss of my business. Not worth it.

Staff would rather hang out and joke around rather than take orders spent 5 minutes waiting on them to stop their conversation and horseplay which they did not I was unable to make an order.

I ordered online and received an email with the time my order would be ready. I then stood in the restaurant for 25 minutes past when they said it would be ready.If you can't deliver on your promises then don't make them.They're doing walk ins, drive ins, door dash, grub hub, and online orders with the same people they should have just to do dine in customers.

Went through drive thur and had to wait for 10min for our food. Once we got it we pulled out and got to where we were going only to find out that even though the food was great, IT WASNT OUR ORDER! 9/10 for whatever it was.... would ORDER again if I knew what it was!

Always hot, and fast service even when cars are lined up out of the parking
Zaxby’s usually doesn’t disappoint but tonight I don’t know what happen this time. Lets do better with the food prep by ensuring it is hot not cold, food is fresh and not taste like it has been sitting awhile and presentation because this is not appropriate for consumption not the toast being burnt. I hope improvement is made so the next customer won’t have the same experience.
