Whenever I dine in, it always seems like none of the staff is in a hurry to take my order. They always seem to be huddled up near the drive-through window, contemplating whose going to come to the counter to take my order. ???♂️ Other than that, the food is good and the atmosphere is fine.

I got the new chicken club sandwich and fries. Based on the description on the website, I was expecting a chicken filet similar to Popeyes or Bojangles. The chicken filet was a bit of a disappointment because it was a lot thinner than I expected. But, the big problem was that the bottom bun (where the lettuce and mayo was) was very soggy. I don't know if the lettuce was wet or what, but that was very unpleasant. I was at the restaurant within 20 mins of opening. It didn't appear that there had been any other customers yet. The female that waited on me was more interested in texting than waiting on me. I ended up waiting on her! The tables were greasy, the bathroom was dirty, the floors were disgusting and sticky, there was condiment debris all over the trash receptacle, and the tea containers at the drink station were sitting out uncovered. There was plenty for the person who waited on me to do, instead of texting. This grossed me out so bad that I called the corporate office. I was assured that the district Mgr would look into it and that I would get a phone call so that they could "try and earn (my) trust back". This was on Tuesday 1/23, and I haven't heard from anyone yet. We'll see what happens. I don't recommended eating here.

I had a burger craving, n a friend took me way out to get my 1st Freddy's regular burger. The service was fine, the staff were all great, but the burger was not, it was dry n flavorless. I feel like if you are gonna flatten out a piece of beef, the fat content should be there, to make it juicy. Otherwise it could be any protein, made to look like beef n flattened. The fries were too crunchy for me - that may just be me. Please note that quality food/ingredients tastes good even when it's cold. These BURGERS were not acceptable at any point: hot or cold. I think all burgers should have ratio balance. Right amount of bun to bread, beef to veg, condiments to bun.I'm happy others had different expectations for a burger n was pleased, but i was very disappointed.

Freddy’s is the only burger place I can eat at. It’s just hands down the best burgers you can get at any fast food restaurant. Especially here in Covington. I almost always get the patty melt meal. And the hot chocolate sundae is out of this world. Customer service is always great, they’re friendly and polite. I’ve been here quite a few times and never had any issues.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It would have been better if whoever assembled my burger had stacked everything so it wouldn't fall apart the instant I unwrapped it. My concrete had a good amount of M&M and Reece's pieces in it.
