Absolutely loved the Customer Service I received from the manager on duty 4/9/2024 @8pm. I had some concerns on my mobile order & the level of care as well as sense of urgency I received was unmatched. My last few experiences have not been so great at this Panera. I sat in the drive through for almost 30 min on a Saturday in September of 2023 and there was only 1 car ahead of me; visited the same location in March 2024 waited about 25 minutes for 2 sausage, egg & cheese sandwiches on asiago bread, 1 charged mango lemonade and 1 vanilla latte. Of course by the time the food was ready coffee was cold and ice melted in drink. Fast forward to Saturday April 6th. Visited this same location for lunch with an app order - a half and half - French onion soup w/bread, a Fuji apple chicken salad and a frozen strawberry lemonade. Again, went into the store at the designated pick up time - order was not ready. Waited about 10 additional minutes for food had to wait another 5 for my drink. When she handed me my food she asked if I had received my drink at the front counter. I replied No, it was an online order. She asked someone else to make my drink and when the drink was handed to me it had spilled juice and stickiness all down the side of the cup, juice overflowing from the top that spilled in my car. ? When I got home, it was then that I discovered there were no bread crumbs in my soup nor was there any melted asiago cheese on top only onion soup - not what I paid for; additionally my salad …was a joke! There were no mixed greens only Romain lettuce, no feta cheese at all on the salad! I didn’t modify my order or request ANYTHING to be omitted or added. It was a simple order that the young lady left out key ingredients in. 3rd time and horrible experience. They are slow, food is subpar and not as advertised. Very disappointing. This store needs an overhaul from management to staff. Management should properly train staff in ingredients, food handling, efficiency & customer service. Maybe it’s management or lack thereof that has the trickle down effect on the staff..either way I will not be back!

Drive thru not working!!! What’s the point of placing a pick up order to pick up in the drive thru !???? Then when you call bc you’re disabled and no one answers… a waste of space.

It's difficult to see when you arrive at a place and there are 56 people and no one wants to attend to you I don't know if it's because one is white and she feels indiscriminate I don't know the reason why so bad attention that no one answers your question or anyone gives you an order that you came to look for they feel different because of their color that's what happens

Slower than molasses. They don't start making the order until they receive payment from you, even if it's 3 cars in front of you. It's more important for the company not to waste food and not my time.

Worst customer service experience ever!The 30 min drive through wait wasn't worth it, considering I was told they had the item I ordered..and they didn't... The employees and assistant manager, Julie needs more customer service training and better internal communication. I'm never wasting my time here again! Starbucks has great service and they know how to keep a flow of business.

Dashed in for a green smoothie, literally had only ten minutes before my 1:00 p.m. appointment during a very busy lunchtime crowd. Made it in and out in under five minutes. I was a hectic day, I received excellent service, my smoothie was fantastic and it saved the day (hungry curved until late afternoon).

They upcharge the food an extra $3 when you click the delivery option. When I chose to pick up my food the total was $13 after taxes, last minute decided to change to delivery, same items in the cart, total came out to $17 after taxes

So I ordered an iced black coffee with cream and sugar. I asked for sugar in it I asked for milk in it when I get to the window they act like they were confused about what I asked for. They handed me the wrong coffee which is fine. I’m cool with things happening of course how I was very laid-back. About it. 10 minutes later. They’re still confused about my order even though I order and then I placed it online because I explained to the girl with my first time ordering through the app and I did not want them to, double make my order I ended up not getting what I wanted which is fine and I just said thank you sweetheart and I left. However, the customer service was good. I will say that nobody was upset with me. Everybody seemed like they were very nice. however, when you don’t get what you order, none of that matters.
