Pizza cinnamon sticks and cheese breadsticks were reheated and sold to me. I can definitely taste it . My pizza tastes like I reheated it after day 2.I called and spoke to the manager and she was nice about correcting the issue

Family have ordered from the Pizza Hut Honey Creek location on 3 different occasions. Each time there's barely any sauce and or cheese on the pizza. It's mostly bread. The last 2 times the pizza bread was greasy. Either Takeout or Delivery it doesn't matter. 1 pizza or more, again doesn't matter. It's like they are trying to stretch the sauce. Do better Pizza Hut. There are other Pizza companys out here.

Associates were cutting pizza without gloves. Another associate was headed to dump trash & was walking in the same area of the food that was being cut. Since it was busy, the person at the register asked the guy who was heading out to dump trash to attend to another pizza that was coming out oven. At no time did he change his gloves or wash their hands. This can not be a generational factor. Some employees are just nasty, or they do not CARE. More training is needed for sure....read full review
