This was my second visit to this establishment, as I believe in affording restaurants a fair chance to improve. Unfortunately, my experience was once again disappointing. The evident understaffing coupled with the lack of motivation and professionalism among the existing personnel, who appeared predominantly youthful, reflects poorly on the management or the absence thereof.Despite pre-ordering online, I still endured a 30-minute wait for my order amidst a congested lobby, indicative of inefficiency in handling customer flow, particularly for those who had pre-ordered like myself.Of the three pizzas I ordered, one was specifically requested as vegetarian, yet all three arrived with meat toppings. Furthermore, the pizzas appeared aged and were luke warm, lacking adequate cheese and sauce. Subsequent communication with customer service led to the replacement of the vegetarian pizza, but the overall disappointment persisted.Questions arise regarding the freshness of the pizzas, as the cheese lacked the desired stretchiness and exhibited dryness. Such instances evoke nostalgia for bygone eras of delicious food and exemplary customer service, now seemingly gone. Regrettably, I cannot foresee revisiting this establishment. Improvement in staffing quality or reconsideration of operational viability seems imperative. In light of this experience, I will be patronizing Domino's and Papa John's from now on. Close the doors. This restaurant is trash.

Pizza cinnamon sticks and cheese breadsticks were reheated and sold to me. I can definitely taste it . My pizza tastes like I reheated it after day 2.I called and spoke to the manager and she was nice about correcting the issue

Family have ordered from the Pizza Hut Honey Creek location on 3 different occasions. Each time there's barely any sauce and or cheese on the pizza. It's mostly bread. The last 2 times the pizza bread was greasy. Either Takeout or Delivery it doesn't matter. 1 pizza or more, again doesn't matter. It's like they are trying to stretch the sauce. Do better Pizza Hut. There are other Pizza companys out here.

Associates were cutting pizza without gloves. Another associate was headed to dump trash & was walking in the same area of the food that was being cut. Since it was busy, the person at the register asked the guy who was heading out to dump trash to attend to another pizza that was coming out oven. At no time did he change his gloves or wash their hands. This can not be a generational factor. Some employees are just nasty, or they do not CARE. More training is needed for sure. Cleanliness is a must, where the food inspection representatives are. If they were there that day, they would have failed or gotten shut down. Some clean-up needs to happen and organization. Train, practice, lead. This used to be a really great restaurant. Hopefully, they will improve. Not sure if we will return ? ?

I ordered a pizza with a cheese edge and it was delivered raw. I tried to put it in the oven to finish cooking and it turned like a hard stone and never took on any color. I tried to eat it and I could taste the yeast in the dough. It was bitter, it's the worst pizza I've ever tried.The service was very good, the girl was very kind but whoever cooked that pizza must undergo stronger training until he does it well. It was already late so my dinner was ruined since I couldn't go for more but I wouldn't go back to that place never more.
I placed the order on the Pizza Hut website and that took several tries as it kept experiencing errors, including not being able up sign up for the rewards program. Then when I attempted to pick it up, the store was initially unable up verify that they had my order in their system. My hand tossed crust pizza and breadsticks were cooked well, but my pan crust pizza was slightly undercooked as the cheese hadn't fully melted.
I was very disappointed in the specialty pizza I ordered. I ordered the original pan crust and it was undercooked and doughy, Ive never had this happen before. Also, the veggies were just thrown on top of the pizza in very large pieces and not evenly distributed. It seemed as if it had just been thrown together.I will be looking for a different pizza parlor, I'm done with Pizza Hut.

They act like can never answer the phone when it’s time to fix a mistake they made, I shouldn’t have to wait 40 mins for someone to get on the phone. The call center keeps putting me on hold saying I have to wait on them but that was at 10:15 it’s now 10:44 and I’m still waiting on them to answer the phone. this is unacceptable. Pizza Hut have gone down over the years. This same crazy audio is playing from the speaker trying to speak good on the restaurant but I strongly disagree maybe they need better workers

99% of my experiences at this Pizza Hut have been GREAT! There was 1 time where I did receive the wrong pizza, but I did not drive back up there to return it because I was starving and it was freezing outside. I guess I could've called them to let them know but did not want to make a big gripe about it. The employees have always been courteous and professional!!
The food was cold. I paid online like I always do with Papa John's and Domino's. The wait was long because the cashier was laughing and talking with a delivery person. My son had already been in there for 10 minutes. He was supposed to pick up our order and leave. When I got insidde and gave the cashier my name, she told me it would be 18.xx. I told her I ordered and paid online. She said something was wrong with the system. I said well let me check my bank, and it showed that I had paid 18.xx to Pizza Hut. She then called what I guess was the manager who tried to tell me that his bank does the same thing. I told him that because it is the weekend, they will show you what was taken out of your account with the minus sign in front of the number. My balance is also down by 18.xx. They finally after 15 minutes gave me the order. The food was stone cold, and there was barely any cheese on the pizza. I am 72 years old and this is the FIRST and LAST time I will use Pizza Hut. I have nothing against young people, but neither one of the employees looked to be over 22 years of age. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY.
