WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️This is the worst location that I have encountered. When the machines aren’t working, key ingredients are not available. I usually make mobile orders, and today was the last straw. If Bad Example For Customer Service was a STORE this place would be it! They are the Best in making you feel bad for spending your money on good smoothies and got the nerve to ask for tips on the mobile app! The mister young lady needs customer service training! Went in for a smoothie and a bowl. While waiting on my order, the workers were talking and started cursing like there was no one else was in the store. Once my order was ready, I had asked the young lady who made my order for a bag for my bowl. The young lady pulled out the bag, sat it on the counter, and walked away. I’ve worked in customer service and that is not the way to do it.
