This is by far the worst smoothie king i have ever been to and the worst experience I have ever had. My husband and I ordered on the app for pick up. Arrived to get the orders and didn’t realize until i got home that his bowl was made wrong and my smoothie was way too watery. I went to go ask them to make the bowl properly and they claim that since we ate out of the bowl(which we didn’t) they can’t, it’s began melting from a 15 minute drive home and a 15 minute drive back to the store. I was told all i would be offered is a 50% off discount on another one. I didn’t want to pay for another since i didn’t eat the first incorrectly made bowl. I then asked to speak with the manager and magically they will remake it for me. She made the bowl and handed it to me and took the messed up bowl to throw it away. No gloves were worn this entire visit. All staff showed they couldn’t care less about the customers. The employee didn’t ask if I altered the bowl so when she went to remake it she definitely went ultra light on all ingredients and got a banana that seems to be bad( they said they didn’t have anymore, but she got one from somewhere) the banana was dripping wet; for all i know it came from the trash. So i waited as the employee swiftly walked by repeatedly and i had to stop her to inform her that something was missing. she then took the bowl over the “fresh fruit” and took it back to the cutting board and drizzle station to add my add-on. Which i saw as unsanitary. Assuming i spoke to a manager who only asked me to move closer to the pick up area and not in front of the register while nobody waited to order. First and last time ordering from this location. Long hair hangs behind them no gloves were worn and things dropped and picked back up.

I come into the location no greeting ok I don't think much of it but now I'm just standing at the register there was no urgency to assist. About 10 minds later it was announced that there wasn't any strawberries. At this point I'm still at the register then she announced that the blenders weren't working... no apology no care in the world... if you don't want to work then say that... I just don't get it

March 23 5:30pm, I decided to give Smoothie King another shot. WRONG! My thing is, I get the Hulk and spend over $10 for the Smoothie. It sucked, watery and bland. I hate to force myself to drink it so not to waste $10. I won't be back, no consistency with the taste. Either too much Ice, water, etc... Nasty to be so expensive.

WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️This is the worst location that I have encountered. When the machines aren’t working, key ingredients are not available. I usually make mobile orders, and today was the last straw. I arrived to pick up my order, and was confused. My order did not look like what was expected. Upon inquiry, the employee said that, "we are out of blueberries!" Her tone suggested I still take the items. Instead I asked for a refund. Her reply, "I have to call my manager, she is the ONLY person that can refund mobile orders." She left and returned, "she did not answer, so I texted her." With immense frustration, I left the items, my name and number. In hopes the manger would call me to refund my money. I will not be supporting this location ever again. Today was the last straw.

If Bad Example For Customer Service was a STORE this place would be it! They are the Best in making you feel bad for spending your money on good smoothies and got the nerve to ask for tips on the mobile app! The mister young lady needs customer service training! You deal with customers all day everyday, there is no reason why Dry, Rude, Short, Condescending remarks should be part of your customer response inventory, especially first thing in the morning! It’s ridiculous how employees of a customer service company don’t understand or comprehend the two! While the city is growing hopefully they will build another one with better customer service!

Went in for a smoothie and a bowl. While waiting on my order, the workers were talking and started cursing like there was no one else was in the store. Once my order was ready, I had asked the young lady who made my order for a bag for my bowl. The young lady pulled out the bag, sat it on the counter, and walked away. I’ve worked in customer service and that is not the way to do it.

First and last time unless it's the only VEGAN LIKE option open. The young lady (who looks like a young man) was on the phone handling a personal matter while i quietly and patiently waited at the register. Once she ended her call, she asked if she can take my order. I assume that's the pronoun I should use. Anywho, I asked what I could put in the smoothie bowl and she listed the ingredients all whilst turning around and looking at menu board. I noticed this was a new menu option so I was unfamiliar. Nonetheless, the YEAH response and the Un huh ? was a bit turned off for me. Customer service was awful.

Drinks are not consistent. My experience has been it depends on who makes your drink. The drink taste different each time and sometimes like it’s missing ingredients. I would recommend more training for the associates So they’re all on the same

today i went into smoothie king and the workers kept laughing during me ordering , after i ordered and while making my smoothie. mind you i come their and get the same thing.The hulk strawberry, no bananas sub blueberries. so when i told them this isnt right , i taste something citrus in it she laughed an said well i only put strawberries and blueberries in it . then the other workers started to laugh. like something was really funny with getting a simple order wrong so i said okay just refund me . i dont think ill be ordering if them lil girls be in this store i was a faithful customer , never rude ,never acted up or showed my a**. but TODAY NOV, 2,2023 yall workers were very rude n acted real childish. were are the managers at??. cuz this aint it .

I don't know why this location's score is so low, but my visit was perfectly fine. This is my first time going to this location, as I missed my exit and found the next closest Smoothie King. The Service: The service was great. There were two young ladies working along with their shift manager. Everyone was nice and spoke when I entered. Since I did a mobile order, my drink was already prepared before I even entered the store. The Smoothie: My stomach was a little upset, so I ordered the Gut Health Mango Ginger Smoothie. They made it perfectly. Wasn't too thick or too watery.Overall, I hope this location gets more love. Since it's out of the way from me, I likely won't be back but they make a great smoothie!

I'm still trying to find the corporate number to report this location . they had a promotion, and were giving out free smoothie bowl, and when we got to the store, they told us that they only did it until 2 o'clock and it was after 2 when we got there . supposedly they put a sign on the door which wouldn't have helped us anyway. And refuse to honor the promotion. Then they gave the person in front of me the bowl but everyone else had to talk to the manager on a telephone to plead their case which is not acceptable
