Another edit 2/25/24: I'll never be back!I ordered a market fresh sandwich and two four-piece mozzarella sticks, cooked fresh. The cashier was extremely nice and did call out for fresh mozzarella sticks to be dropped and the manager acknowledged. Wants the manager was fixing my bag, she tried to give him mozzarella sticks that had been sitting there since at least the time that I came in the door because there was no new droppings of mozzarella sticks the whole time I was in there.I told her that if she was fixing those two four-piece for my order, that I wanted them fresh. Her response was "they just came up", which was not true, in which I responded with "I would like them fresh out of the grease please", in which she replied with "omg, these people!". Wth does that mean? Who are "these people"? Is this a racially driven comment?Also, on the market fresh sandwich; they put the toasted part on the outside - the toasted part of the bread is supposed to go on the inside with the soft part on the outside. When you have the toasted part on the inside of the sandwich, that aids in the bread not being mushy and gives it more stability when you add moist products to the bread, for example: ranch dressing, tomato, sandwich meat etc! I have even confirmed this with previous managers so point is, there is a lack of training.------------Edit to my initial one star review: this location has new management and is doing a great job!Would give -10 stars if I could.

My sandwich only had about a third of the meat on it compared to the picture on the menu. Yall better watch out cause taco bell got sued for false advertising doing that. After 20 years of supporting this place I probably won't be back again, and judging by the drive thru empty at 6:30pm most other people gave up here too.

Food being served cold or microwaved. I’m sure the cashier at the window knew because she looked apologetic when she handed me my food. Waste of money. I wanted to review zeros but the system don’t allow.
