We stopped here on our way back from Florida. The food wasn't good at all. The fries weren't fresh and the burgers we ordered were wrong. We ordered plain burgers and asked for just cheese and bacon and it had mustard and onions. The other one was plain with just cheese and they put onions on it. We waited a while for our order and had to pull around to the front. We parked to feed our kids and just tried to salvage what we could. It was late so we just kept it moving. I'd definitely triple check your bag before leaving the window.

I’m real disappointed First off who putting salt on the food? My Krystal’s were SALTY and the chili on my chili cheese fries were slightly salty, Secondly why would you give me old fries ? They were dry and hard but what pissed me off is YALL PLACED SOME SOFT ONES ON TOP! I was happy to find a Krystal still open but I do regret stopping.

Food is always awesome for the price. My kids love the options as well. Highly recommend the glazed donut holes (I believe they were called glazed bombs).
This unit was clean and well staffed. I eat Krystal Hamburger when I visit the area because of my memories as a kid. Even with an expanded menu the little Hamburger remans the same.

Krystals is a tradition for me. My Daddy took me as a child all the time. Every time I come down to Georgia..I go to Krystals... Always the best.. Hot..Soft..delicious!
Dirty restaurant, rude staff, lazy staff, poor service, not a very safe area, very low quality food, food was cold, got nauseous and upset stomach after eating... And many more complaints. I hate complaining about a restaurant bc it's someone's livelihood but at least care about taking care of customers.
