I’m sorry to write this but yesterday was the worst experience in my entire life as far as going to pick up a pizza. And I got charged for it and I never got the pizza and I waited twice for over 30 minutes in that store with a crowd of people in my two year year-old son, throwing tantrums, and of course, acting out after standing there. The lady asked everybody in the room, except for me what was their order? I was even waving my hands and jumping up and down she still didn’t see me.I spent my last money yesterday trying to get my son dinner. It was complete chaos in there. ? I ordered at 4:40 PM found myself in there waiting at 7:30 and still didn’t get my food. The guy was nice. He told me he would help me. I’m sure he was overwhelmed, but the lady threw up her hand in the air while I was talking to her and walked away, so I was talking to her back.

I visited this store for one pizza and as soon as I walked in the lady at the registered said to me “I’m not taking any orders I close at 10.” And then she asked me If I made an order online. And I replied no, then she said how she’s not taking orders because she closes at10 and she needs to “clean” and I said to her it’s only 9:10pm. So I left and I left and drove to the conyers location 20 minutes away, for them to make the same pizza and it is now 9:37 as I’m writing this. And I’m just saying how this is very unprofessional and bad for business.

Just straight Nasty! Couldn't even eat the cheesy bread it was so hard and disgusting like It had been under a warmer since they opened that morning and definitely not cheesy more like cardboard. I wouldn't give that to my dog. Had to go to McDonalds so we just wasted that $12 This location always sucks and that was our last visit.

Everything was good except they did not have my favorite sauce.Parking: I think there are about 10 to 15 parking spots and it is right in front of the Little Caesars but you could also use the Kroger parking lot although you will have to walk pretty far.Kid-friendliness: It is very kid-friendly.
This location is horrible. They never have hot pizza and they have served me uncooked pizza. This location needs someone to really get this place together.

I don’t know if they need to train their staff on how to make pizza or if they need a new oven because every time I try to eat here the pizza comes out RAW in the middle, biting into nothing but dough. Especially the deep dish pizza, even after informing the manager. The deep dish pizza still comes out doughy.
