Average McDonald nothing special.

If I'm going to wait for 20 mins at the window, the food shouldn't look like someone had a fight with it before they handed it to me. It's unacceptable to open up your mobile order and your cheeseburger is sideways, sauce everywhere and they made the burger with two bottom buns. I get off of working a 12 hour shift and decided to stop here for dinner before I get home...this wasn't satisfying at all!Fries? Cold. Service was good but the food was definitely not.

Expecting a customer to pay $2.19 for a large cup of ice is ridiculous. I stop by this location Monday - Friday to get my daughter a cup of ice for her water jug before school. Today after 3 months of doing this with no issues, we are told that we’d have to be charged for a drink which would actually be $2.19 plus tax. Not charged maybe $.50 cents or so for the cup. Was actually going to charge the full amount of a large beverage. And when I stressed this has never happened before the employee at the window stated that it depends on which manager is on duty. So now I’m confused. Was the rule changed and patrons are required to pay beverage prices for a large cup of ice? Or does the Manager on Duty at the time an order is placed make the decision as to whether or not someone gets charged for a cup of ice? If so that doesn’t seem like fair business practices. I would love to hear what the GM has to say about this.

I placed an online order about 15 to 20 minutes before breakfast ended. I get to the location and they tell me “we’re no longer doing breakfast” and I was like okay I’ve never had this issue before but maybe they got busy and didn’t make the order before breakfast ended. So I said can I get a 10 piece meal instead. You would think since they messed up they wouldn’t mind it. I get to the window and the cashier says I have to ask my manager. I was like okay given someone told me at the order call box it was fine. She comes back and says that’s fine. I pull up to the second window. And she hands me a drink and a bag which had a ten piece and fries in it which is what I wanted. But she asks me to hand it back even though it was correct. She then hands me another bag. I ask to replace the coke I had for a sprite due to it being flat. Then I also tell her that I’m missing fries. The manager then comes to inform me that it’s even price difference but you would think a small side of fries would be okay given you messed up my entire order. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had any issues. But I will never return.

Picked up a mobile order in the drive thru, the employee gave me the wrong drink, and only half the items I paid for. I tried to tell her it was the wrong order, she argued back and said it was right, thats what Im getting. I asked for the items I actually ordered, she said I could get back in the drive thru line and order again. I parked and went inside, a male employee scowled at me as I greeted him, and kept walking. There was no one at the counter to assist me, so I had to ask the people back in the kitchen for help. The same angry man who scowled at me as I entered approached me, I asked if I could speak to a manager, he stormed off to the kitchen to ask someone else to deal with me, as he put it. Another employee came, equally unhappy with my presence, told me to just use the order kiosk. I asked for help with my order, and she begrudgingly went to get only half of the items I was missing. So now Im still missing half of what I paid for, and I was treated with extreme anger by these wonderful employees, just because I tried to order some food. There is no reason whatsoever to treat people with this level of disrespect.

I gave up on the drive through months and months ago after they messed up my orders several times; have been trying to go inside to get better service as the location is convenient to my home. This time I was excited to see the double big mac was back for a limited time but it wasn't on the kiosk menu so I asked for help from a young lady passing by. They didn't inform me that they had no ice. Even though the fountain drinks come out cold I wanted iced tea which is not cold without ice. I'd planned to eat it there so I could get free refills but instead made the manager give me a slushy and ate in my car. I should have stayed close to the refills because the burger patties were devoid of any moisture. They continue to underwhelm despite being given multiple opportunities. I'm giving up on this one.

If they ever ask you to pull in to a parking space DON’T. They will never bring your food out and when you go back in it takes 20 min and multiple people to figure out you even had a order!!!

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever had!!! Never fresh and always getting the orders all the way wrong!!! It takes at least 4 times to get orders right!!! I will never eat here ever again!!!
