Everyone knows that Popeyes is a chicken restaurant. There should not be anyone waiting on chicken to come out the fryer if you are a chicken restaurant. I ordered online to pick up in the store. I arrived and there was no chicken. When they saw that they was running low, they should have had some chicken either in the fryer cooking or coming up. They left out items on my order several times. But very friendly except one person from the back. It's a high volume store so I can understand some mistakes. The food is what saves them.
