I came in to order 1 person in the drive through I walked inside and literally 10 employees looking around and completely ignoring i was the only customer inside! I walked out this place won't last long and yes they made eye contact so they know I was there

If I could give zero stars I would. The person taking the order at the intercom was polite but kept putting us on hold as if he didn’t know what they had. We ordered two meals and got parked. Then after 15 minutes of waiting we asked for a refund. “Manager “ gone tell we’ll get the drinks back. As a manager of a different establishment I feel this location needs new management, and training on customer service especially the night time crew.

Horrible location! Lines are always long inside and in drive thru and they are very skimpy on the food and sauce. I have reported them to corporate several times. Employees are rude and manager was worse than them. I'm 2 minutes from this location but I drive to 138 Conyers or the one further out in Covington. They need to close down!

The people that work at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional . Asking a simple question and the lady in the orange shirt ( I hope she’s not a manager ) has the worst attitude . Location definitely needs some retraining !!!!!

Everyone knows that Popeyes is a chicken restaurant. There should not be anyone waiting on chicken to come out the fryer if you are a chicken restaurant. I ordered online to pick up in the store. I arrived and there was no chicken. When they saw that they was running low, they should have had some chicken either in the fryer cooking or coming up. I asked the young lady how long would it be and she asked the cook and he said he hasn’t even dropped any chicken. Now I have to wait 20 extra minutes because they haven’t even started cooking the chicken. Make it make since.

Dont bother with this location the managers and employees are sorry as can be Tried to order food on a Saturday night they confirmed the order with postmates driver gets there calls me says that popeyes claims they have nothing to make my order and has to cancel when really they are just lazy and don't want to make the order I ordered simple items like fried chicken how could popeyes be out of fried chicken this isn't the first time I've had a mishap I've been there in person to and had problems just lazy and sorry people why did they ever even open in this town if they can't find decent managers and employees to staff it.
