Ordered 2 shakes, 15 minutes later and 9 customers later, we had to push the button to remind them that we were there. Finally got our shakes. Kind of disappointing. The shakes were good, but it just took a while...
Sonic isn't known for its customer service at the drive-thru, nor is it known for the quality of its food. The Sonic on 278 in Covington is the exception to the rule. The service was fast and friendly, the food was hot and delicious. If this location is under new management, you better give them (the manager and their entire team) a raise.

All around the worst experience I've ever had. Ordered 2 milkshakes but they only charged us for the one, even though we double checked making sure they heard us and they said yes. They didn't get my chocolate shake after we payed. Then both females my man and I dealt with there were very unwelcoming. not to mention my chocolate shake IS VANILLA. We won't ever be going back to this location.
