On 4/18/24 Thursday evening I pulled in on the line where there was one vehicle waiting for their food, The vehicle directly in front of me was just finishing giving there order. I pulled up and could hear the female employee having a casual conversation on her phone, She forget to turn off her head set leaving a HOT MIC. After about ten minutes I said hello and was immediately told to hold on. The two vehicles in front of me where still there when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm sure you've noticed a decline in profits when this person is working.

This location is absolutely terrible, I came here and got the jumbo chicken and breakfast burrito meal and all of the food seemed to not be cooked at all. The tatertots were not hot and were super greasy, the burrito was literally just egg, not sausage or tots or bacon unbelievable, the staff members in there are just straight up rude, honestly this killed my sonic experience I will never go back to a sonic after going to this location, I don’t know how these people got hired they need to be fired

This is the most depressing sonic i have ever been to. They took all the menus off the stalls, making it genuinely look abandoned. The building was so run down it looked like it came straight out of a post apocalyptic movie. It generally had an unsettling vibe that only an “urban explorer” could enjoy. Their slushee machine was also broken. Everything that made the brand sonic was ruined with this location alone.

BRING BACK THE FREAKING CLASSIC DRIVE-IN AND PARK SONIC. NOBODY WANTS TO SIT IN A DRIVE THROUGH FOR AN HOUR WAITING IN FOOD. and my chocolate milkshake wasn’t blended all the way. The food was hot and delicious once we got it.

If I could give 0 stars, then I would. They said drive thru only. So now I have been waiting for over 30 minutes. Finally got to place my order at the window. Still waiting. Customer service sucks. And trash can is completely over flowing. Will be my last visit here.

Had a doordash order arrived @ 922pm (according to google timelime) for an order that had a large mozzarella sticks and 2 milk shakes. Had no one in line at all. Was told 5 minutes waiting on mozzarella sticks. Finally got the order @ 950pm
All around the worst experience I've ever had. Ordered 2 milkshakes but they only charged us for the one, even though we double checked making sure they heard us and they said yes. They didn't get my chocolate shake after we payed. Then both females my man and I dealt with there were very unwelcoming. not to mention my chocolate shake IS VANILLA. We won't ever be going back to this location.
