I placed an order through Ubereats. The food arrived on time, but the order was not right. Instead of a reuben sandwich, I received a double meat roast beef sandwich. I tried to call the store, but after 30 rings, the message said, "no one is able to come to the phone" and hung up on me. One of the few things I expect from a food order is that the right food is provided. I also verified on my receipt that I had ordered what I wanted correctly. The store just got it wrong.

The food tastes about as depressing as I do. The staff are disgusting, I saw one grab a soggy fry with gloves on right after he scratched his ass. Absolutely disgusting. The ambiance is on par with an alleyway. Do go within a five mile radius of this restaurant.

77 - Wendy's HWY 306

My husband just came to get our 18 month old some nuggets for lunch and then come top my work which is General Manager of Wendy's off of exit 17 and we were going to eat together. I pull out his nuggets and give him one. He then throws it and makes a face so i pick it up to find that the CHICKEN WAS RAW!!!! My son could of gotten extremely sick from SALMONELLA! I called the store immediately and they don't have a voicemail set up and no-one answered my call. I will continue calling to speak with their boss because this is NOT OKAY. I have saved this chicken in a container because they will see that they are feeding people/infants raw chicken.

It’s great, when they don’t close early. Past 3 nights they’ve closed at like 9pm. Hours say open until 12am. There’s someone in the building each night, they just refuse to answer the speaker. Lights on and everything.

I went through the drive through, ordered the classic Philly cheese steak combo. Drive off, opened the wrapper and there was a nasty, soggy, dripping mess. The bread was soaked the stuff was falling out all over. Went back through the drive , told the manager the issue. Said I would pay for my drink, he said I had to pay for my fries too, I ate a couple, there was only a small small amount In the container.I told him I want a refund for all but the drink! He was hesitant but did it. I usually visit the Arby’s in canton ga which is great. This was awful!

Came in late with my crew (5 of us) like 9:50 noticed it said dinning room closes at 10 and was greeted by what im sure was entire staff at that time of night. Asked if we were too late, they told us not at all to take our time and enjoy the visit. Had to wait a little minute...but can't complain because the food we received was popping hot. About 10:30 the older man that seems somewhat handicapped came out and started cleaning the dinning area (away from our area which I greatly appreciate) asked if we needed anything. He never once pressured us about leaving. Stayed about an hour...excellent dinning experience for fast food. We will return...

Sadly this is by far the worst Arby's in the area! This past Saturday I patiently waited 20 minutes for 3 cars in the drive thru in front of me. Upon my turn of ordering I ordered a meal and then informed them I had a coupon for up to 3 $1.99 kids meals. The lady said I had to order a regular meal. I replied with I just did. She said I needed to come inside to use the coupon. I said ma'am there's no way. I've used the same coupon months prior and had no issues, and I've already been waiting 20 minutes here to order. I also have 3 hungry kids in the car and don't want to get them out. She responded that if I wanted to use the coupon that's how they do it. I drove off and across the street to Whataburger who had me through their drive thru within minutes with great service!A couple of months back this Arby's was closed due to not having staff. If this is what you're hiring, I suggest you just close this place all together. If you're religiously sending coupons monthly in the mail, you obviously need the business and should train your employees accordingly!
