Scheduled it a couple hours in advanced so we would have them on time for the party. Arrived and they were not ready - don't think they were even started! Had to wait 25 minutes. The employee didn't apologize or really provide any explanation. Then she told me next time to call ahead because they don't make them until you arrive. If that is the case shouldn't that be specified that on the website then? What's the point of scheduling a pick up time if they don't start cooking them until you arrive? Then the one item I ordered for myself since I don't eat meat (cheese curds) was not in my order when we got home. I didn't bother calling to let them know because I doubt they would care and also I'm not going back. I should have checked before leaving but was in such a hurry by then and wing sauce was spilling all over the place. Guests said the wings tasted ok. WAY too expensive.

Understand it's Super Bowl night but food being ready 50 minutes after scheduled pick up time???? That's ridiculous and should've accept order cancellation requests rather than hanging people waiting there forever. By the way, they also packed only wings and no veges or extra fries ordered. Terrible experience overall.

I have ordered 15 traditional wings yesterday for toGo but in the box given only 13 and also size of the wing is very small 1.5 inch long and 0.5 - 0.75 inch wide. I don’t think we call them as wings with that size.Also ranch they have given In temporary cup instead of a sealed cup. They have ignored adding side veggies, after I have asked they have given some junk like veggies.Really disappointed.

This location is horrible. Two times in a row that I ordered hours ahead of time and waited significantly after my pickup time . They have the nerve to ask for a tip up front. This place won’t be in business long (and shouldn’t be).

The person who took my order didn’t say a word. I didn’t even know when she was ready for me to order. I assumed the wings I got would come with ranch and the onion rings would come with the signature sauce that comes in the actual restaurant. But with how rude the person at the counter was, I didn’t even feel comfortable to ask for it. Sure enough, I got no ranch or sauce for my onion rings. The wings are also very small. You can get a better deal at Publix or Taco Mac and much better quality.
