3 of my last 3 orders have either been cooked incorrectly or entirely cancelled. When my food is actually made on time and proper, it's always tasted great. But I can almost always count on some issue.
Understand it's Super Bowl night but food being ready 50 minutes after scheduled pick up time???? That's ridiculous and should've accept order cancellation requests rather than hanging people waiting there forever. By the way, they also packed only wings and no veges or extra fries ordered. Terrible experience overall.

Wish I would have read these reviews first. Will not be back.Ordered 100 wings for a party from the website along with fries and cheese curds. Scheduled it a couple hours in advanced so we would have them on time for the party. Arrived and they were not ready - don't think they were even started! Had to wait 25 minutes. The employee didn't apologize or really provide any explanation. Then she told me next time to call ahead because they don't make them until you arrive....read full review
