“The new Chick-fil-A is a wonderful place to eat. The service was excellent. The food was, of course, exceptional. Everyone was pleasant with smiles all around.Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic, I really appreciate it when places have more than the standard choices for beverages. The salad was fresh.“
“The food is consistently good here The service at the counter or the drive-thru is consistently good They do an excellent job of getting the orders taken quickly and getting the food out to you as quickly as possible. In general you're met with a smiling face asked all the right questions about size of meal or drink,your name, or need for sauces etc. My only problem here is the franchise owner, he is always apparently in a bad mood scowling growling quietly, (or not) , to someone at the front,or drive thru .He is always in the drive-thru at lunch rush,and he can sound obnoxious when he basically throws the food at you, or makes some off-handed comment to you if you dare ask for something that has been forgotten, and you know it was not forgotten by the people at the window, I even heard him make a comment to the young lady in the window a couple weeks ago about me asking for extra napkins for my ice cream cone, I wouldn't want to work for this man, I generally go inside if he's on the drive-thru to be able to get my order if I'm not going to sit down with it, overall this place is a very pleasant experience continuity and consistency means everything in the service industry, and they tend to hit it perfectly.“
