“they had the greatest service , were sooo kind and helpful with my situation with the valentines box that was limited and helped me out even giving out tape, i did promise them i would give them 6 stars but clearly that’s not possible, the person i gave the meal too was incredibly happy and that’s all that matters but it was thanks to the manager and her team at this location.- this is the only time i have ever written a reviewKid-friendliness: very kind“
“This is the first time I have EVER witnessed entire staff ignore customers and not be attentive to everyone's needs. Witnessed one lady wait at register over 3 minutes as employees walked past her multiple times. When young lady did ask her if she had been waited on, she never apologized for the wait. Certainly not what we are used to from Chick-fil-a. Suggest retraining staff to standards that others are able to uphold.“
“I decided to get my 2 market salads delivered to my apartment. I haven't been feeling good all day and my husband was 2 hours away on his way home. Anyway, Joel delivered my food and was an absolute sweetheart. When he left, I looked in the bag and saw a salad missing. I didn't want to chase Joel because I know it's not his fault. Mistakes happen and it's okay. ❤️ I called Moore's Road Chick-fil-A and they instantly took control of the situation and made it right. The second salad was on its way in minutes! I have been a loyal customer at this location for 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you crew and managers!! Especially, Joel for coming back! You guys rock! ❤️??“
