Order Doordash for dumplings, country fried steak & sides of biscuit. Got water down dumpling soup with bite of dumplings, no biscuits, no gravy for fried steak.. horrible staff.. kitchen cant even make food orders correct unless you come in person. Staff should be retrained or managed needs to be fired for lack of customer service and food prep. Save your money and go to a different location.

Our server Isaac was very very kind and fun? we all loved him so much.But generally the service was slow , we waited too long for our meals?and my meal was nearly cold ? And we went there at the morning and afternoon , two times , and we said that" we have a birthday party at night , we will come 18 people , can you prepare the tables and exc". The lady at the front desk said ok.But when we went there , there was no preparation , nothing. They didn't even open the lid when they brought the cake.Place and Isaac ?General service ?

I am happy with the service received at Cracker Barrel and we are normally happy with the food. The last few times we have gone in the biscuits have been as hard as a brick and not edible. The waitress did replace our biscuits with fresh biscuits, which were as expected, however it did take quite some time for them to come out. There is always a wait when we go in the morning. It never feels like a long wait because we are always distracted by all of the fun retail and gifts.

Never had any issues at Cracker Barrel until this morning. Known issue with kitchen heating element not keeping plates warm (the excuse at least) so all food delivered to our table was cold. We were told "parts on order." There's a restaurant supply store 45 minutes away, yet told the issue will be resolved in a week. Handing out cold food and expecting customers to be kosher with it is where we are now??
Called the store and spoke with a very nice man. Went to pick up my food curbside and encountered a young lady and young man who were both so polite and efficient! Kudos for great service and food!

Annie our waitress was wonderful. Very attentive and sweet. She was rushing to cover several tables and still took the time to make sure my husband's cherry limeade had enough cherry flavor lol. She replaced his cold fries quickly and came back to make sure we were well! The new manager who's name i couldn't get went out of her way to check other stores for pajamas I was looking for and not just on her computer but even called.

My family and I will not be eating at this establishment ever again very upset came for Easter/ wife bday and its been over an hour waiting for food spoke with Manger that said thay would check. Waiter came be oh it will be just 4 more mins that was 15 mins ago.

Had lunch today in the restaurant. Food was okay, waitress was terrible. Our experience is usually a lot better, but in this case the experience was sub-par. 8/10 would go back for the food, asking for a different server next time.
