Kroger Bakery

I just had a unbelievably bad experience at the self check out because the lady Jane came over and took our groceries out of the bag we put them in saying this is all the bags we have they didn't come on our truck tonight and I nicely said we'll ma'am I'm not gonna have our stuff ripping out the bottom of the bag cause y'all don't have bags cause she tried to put one of the huge creamers and two regular size coffee creamers in one bag and I could tell if I tried to carry it it...read full review

Bad experience here with self checkout they seem to racial profile ppl of color I mean watch you like a freaking hawk. And management was of no assistance when I went to make a complaint about the treatment I received which let me know she was leading by example. I will not be given this store any more of my money that's for sure.

Customer service here is horrible when it's given. The only ppl that have manners and that are polite is a young man working in produce. The manager Kelly is complete j*** and basically gives you an attitude if you come to her with a question or concern. Good thing is there's a dozen other Krogers in the area and I can spend my hard earned money else where.
