I don't usually leave reviews. Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Popeyes. I strongly recommend that the owner consider replacing such unprofessional emplyoees to improve the overall experience for customers.
Can't even get food. Sit in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one speaks. So we go inside. Wait at the counter watching two people in the back do nothing. They look at us a few time and go back to what they were doing. Whoever owns this franchise needs to hire better. Pay more for better employees perhaps.

I pulled up to this location about 10:45am. There was a car sitting in the ordering position at the drive through. I parked to go in but the doors were locked. I checked the hours of operation and the dining room hours start at 10am. I thought I would wait a few minutes and try again. At 11:05, the crew drove in. They were at the door when I decided to walk up where I was asked if I could be helped. It told them I wanted to order. The response was they needed some time to open....read full review
