I pulled up to this location about 10:45am. There was a car sitting in the ordering position at the drive through. I parked to go in but the doors were locked. I checked the hours of operation and the dining room hours start at 10am. I thought I would wait a few minutes and try again. At 11:05, the crew drove in. They were at the door when I decided to walk up where I was asked if I could be helped. It told them I wanted to order. The response was they needed some time to open. The car from the drive thru pulled around again and got the same response. I told them the website said 10am and response was that they needed time (very sternly) Are you really trying that hard to go out of business? The store closer to me is really poorly run with poor quality food and service and now another one is basically the same. Well, not going back. Anyone from corporate paying attention?

I don't usually leave reviews. Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Popeyes. I strongly recommend that the owner consider replacing such unprofessional emplyoees to improve the overall experience for customers.

Can't even get food. Sit in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one speaks. So we go inside. Wait at the counter watching two people in the back do nothing. They look at us a few time and go back to what they were doing. Whoever owns this franchise needs to hire better. Pay more for better employees perhaps.

The employees' lack of courtesy and enthusiasm glared, making interactions uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The store's cleanliness was substandard, with tables left uncleared and floors dirty, posing health risks to patrons. Employees appeared disinterested and unmotivated, raising concerns about their working conditions and compensation. PS. I was there couple of times but today i has worst experience at the service. As a customer when they asked me to wait, i was there for almost 10 mins ( drive thru ) but when i am placing order i asked a queztion thw person who is taking / taking order started shouting. I have asked is this way you treat customers i did not got answer but conveyed are you want to take or not. I will never gp back this location ( they did not kept receipt in my order as well) i feel they dont like asians and women who are working here are unprofessional.

This is my second time at this location and for the second time the staff were rude as hell. Attitude from the get go, I said I need a minute and within 30 seconds she snarked into the box to ask if I needed suggestions. I was asking about the tackle boxes - inquiring about the difference when she insisted they aren't even the same thing, one is a tackle box the other the surf n turf. First of all, they have a promo sign on the menu board that says "Tackle box" with both items underneath. Second, WHO CARES. They are basically the same thing just one has shrimp??? She attempted to correct me and/or got an attitude about pretty much everything I said.Whoever was working the window today at 2pm - I'm sorry if things are so bad you have to take it out on others. I hope they improve and you can find some joy in life.

I went to drive-through to order and they told me to hold I was sitting for over 10 minutes so I park to go inside and saw a young lady working by herself and it was 3 people in front me so she took the 3 and told me to please hold and I did because I saw she was by herself so I waited like 10 more minutes so after she gave the people they food I said I’m here to pick up my mobile order she said please wait so then I said I waited in drive-through 10 minutes came in the lobby and waited 10 more minutes, so can someone help me so she kept doing what she was doing in another lady that happened to walk in and asked me do I need help I said yes I’m here to pick up a mobile order she said please hold so at this point I’m like is I’m really waiting as long for food so I started telling the other lady at this point when are someone going to take my order, she said What do you have so I told her got my food and left I got to the car. Food was so so cold and hard. So I went back in and said I waited all this long time to get cold and hard food She said u a lieI just took that out the grease I went off because how u telling me I’m a lie and the Manager told me to throw it away And I said I will I’m Watching my food At this point if I have to watch food I don’t want it so I ask can I get my money back she said no it’s a online order but we don’t do none to people food so the other girl kept talking to me being disrespectful and I started disrespecting her back I keep calling to talk to somebody and never can get a answer

I think a lot of the reviews on here are from customers that don’t understand how many fast food systems work. I’ve been going here for a long time, and have only had my order messed up once (which they fixed very quickly after I nicely talked to them about it and it was a simple mix up). Thank you for dealing with all these crazy people leaving reviews.

How is this place still open? It’s literally always terrible. Always out of stuff, almost always rude, they have literally the worst kind of human beings working here. No wonder nobody is ever here but the chik fil a and zaxbys across the street always have people.

I've "tried" to get a meal from this location 4 separate times never had luck. Today at 6:55pm I tried to order an 8 piece spicy chicken. The person told me they close in an hour so they can't do that! What kinda of place is this? I tried to get a spicy chicken sandwich 2 in a month span, nope same thing. We don’t have any spicy chicken or we close in 45 mins so we can't make that. 4th and last time visiting this location. Zaxbys across the street has great chicken and much better service.

Disgusting experience here! I do not want to leave a star whatsoever!! It was very clear that These people working here did not like me due to my skin color, my feeling is they’re Racist women and I was discriminated against today! They Wouldn’t wait on me for my mobile order but they-did for other people. ( no one else had mySkin color picking up their mobiles). Pulled to window to pick up as the app SAID to pull to window or go inside. Female worker Had HORRIFIC attitude the second I pulled up , Told me to drive back around to the speaker to give her my order number. Mind you there is NOT ONE person behind me at first- I was stunned asking her why I had to do that when No one is behind me and I just showed her my order. She refused to give me my order and stated once again I would have to get back in line and go to the speaker to repeat my number or go inside to wait. Now there’s one guy behind me that drove up. she repeats I had to go give her my order number at the speaker or she would not help me. I went inside ( they were all laughing) I witnessed others picking up their mobile orders though quite fine- hmmmm- not having any issue and not speaking English- These women had horrific attitudes and then said they didn’t have my order number as it got strangely lost ( one is laughing) and I had to wait while they made it. Ten minutes later…..I could see them in the back doing the drive through for the one person that was behind me. All this behavior because I refused her barking orders to go get back in line and go to the speaker. She simply wanted to control. Her smirking at me was enough that I asked for a full refund before even going in, which she replied to as a NO (very loudly) not on mobile orders and shaking her head and finger all the while- bobbing her head around with serious attitude- Knowing I had no choice I decided I had to go in so I could get my husbands order! I go inside to another display of dramatic behavior and their stating “ in whats you order, we don’t have it, it lost, what you name” now I get the you gotta wait attitude- never once saw them making any food back there ( it was already made), and again they enjoyed making me wait. At what point did it become the customer has to bow down to the restaurant staff to get an order? Calling customer service is a flat out joke. Not happening here! They except email only Complaints for Mobiles and no one would pick up. I’m now searching for the owner- I have never been treated so disrespectfully in all of my life and highly encourage any one reading this to go to KFC, NEVER go here!
