“Stopped by for first time today and was in shear awww from how incredibly perfect this store is ran!!! Mid-day/lunch everything was stocked and the cleanest I have ever seen a food establishment!!! Order handled without hesitation and was PERFECT!. By the time I left, I started looking for anything even slightly a mess, but to no avail. This should be where all stores go to be trained! Amazing Job guys!“
“The hours may vary from day to day at the moment, currently we are working with our new hires and getting them properly trained to close the store @ 9PM. This is big and crucial step for us to be back open at our regular hours. It’s pretty rocky but I know this store still has a lot of great potential. We are trying our best to stay open longer and please be understanding.“

“We have gone to this subway multiple times and always good service and good sandwiches. We are picky too, went to the subway in John's Creek on Medlock Bridge last week (in strip shopping center just north of Parsons Road) and bread was stale. We just went today, and were eating when this bully woman came in and demanded woman serving to refund her money in cash (she paid with credit card) and to do it before she even finished waiting on customers she was serving because apparently the sandwich (or pizza?) wasn't cut. She was horrible with the insults and terrified the poor woman who just gave her cash. All of us in there told her to disregard the horrible woman but I was 2 seconds away from calling police.“
“Ate here while shopping for Christmas on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious and as always, they will make your sandwich the way you want it made! For example, I order the 12 inch Italian herb and cheese bread, stake and cheese, white American, extra cheese, preheat the meat, toasted, heavy on the parmesan cheese, salt, One quick pass of the southwestern chipotle sauce. And they don't blink an eye. Love it.“

“I noticed that no one has reviewed this location in several years so I thought it was time to provide an update. This location has greatly improved. I order from here almost every week. I do an online order. It is a wonderful process. I walk into the store And I am promptly greeted by the friendly staff and they give me my bag and I am on my way. They always get the orders perfect and the sandwiches are always delicious. Major kudos to this location and all of the great improvements they have made. I will continue to come back on a weekly basis!“
