A random 2pm lunch outing. Fully staffed, dined in, single order. Literally took just over ten minutes to get my order. Tacos, really? It was literally freezing inside the dining room and I had a long sleeve and sweatshirt on. Food was good, finished my meal and went to refill my drink.. nope, no such luck. Could not get the drink machine to work. I'm guessing we now have to ask for refills at the unmanned counter? Nope, no thanks not waiting on that. Thru my cup in the garbage and left. I mean, basically if you are not going thru drive thru you don't want my business is the way it looks. Oh well

I placed a mobile order around 11pm. I immediately left my house after the order was placed. I live 5 minutes down the road and arrived in a timely manner. My significant other tried to skip the long, slow line by going inside, but both doors were locked! We both agreed that it was late and they maybe had the dining room closed for the night. So we went through the drive-thru mobile order lane and were told to pull around. We waited in line for 30 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER. When we got up to the window the guy was completely void of emotion, I don’t blame him, he works at Taco Bell. When we received our food it was obvious it had been sitting for awhile. The bag was cold and soggy. When we got home, I went through our food and they had forgotten my chips but they put the cheese in the bag?? They also put sour cream on my burrito when I requested it off. They didn’t put sour cream on my significant other’s burrito when he had NOT requested for it to be removed? And I checked my Gordita Crunch before eating it since my burrito was wrong and it looks like they started to put spicy ranch on but then realized I didn’t want it on there and stopped. Not to mention my significant other has to heat his food up again because it was cold when we got home. Again we live 5 minutes from this location!!

In less you have an extra 30 minutes to kill I suggest going anywhere but this place. It’s supposed to be fast food but I’ve been in line for almost 30 minutes and haven’t reached the window yet. The way the parking lot is designed you can’t really go around the line to leave even if you wanted to. I will never be back!45 minutes! Unacceptable!

The food was good, at least. Service was terrible. We went in Sunday and they were playing offensive rap with racial slurs in the restaurant where children and everyone could hear. There was a homeless man asleep at one of the tables. We ordered in the drive through and waited forever for them to recognize us and then had to repeat ourselves multiple times with minutes of pausing in between. Then we didn’t get all of our items. I truly and offended and bothered by what is allowed at this restaurant. Do go here.

Do not go here for breakfast. The door was locked at 9. They will not answer the drive through. I had to mobile order it and knock on the window just to talk to someone. After waiting another 20 minutes we finally got our food. The crunch wrap was burnt and they try to substitute a side without telling us.

If you want your order done wrong or have missing food go here. Taco Bell app/ feedback system is terrible. It's all automated. Had a $16 order and the iced coffee was hot the food was cold. They also only put in 1 part of the order. I waited 10 min to get my fast food. When I submitted to the feedback to get a refund they gave me a $5 credit in the app when I asked for a refund.Go to another Taco Bell bec this store has low quality workers.

Once again went to the drive thru spent $35 dollars and got home with 3 items missing! Can't the employees make sure the order is correct! Don't have this issue at exit 14.
I ordered online and requested the pick-up shelf. When I arrived there was no food on the shelf so I stood at the counter. I was ignored by the workers for about 15 minutes. When I was finally able to flag down a worker and ask about my order, it had been ready the whole time and sitting at the drive thru window. Food was stone cold. Terrible service. Ordered online at 7:36, didn't get my food until 8:25. Ridiculous when every car in the drive thru and every walk-in got their food immediately.

I know I'm old but you have to graduate college BEFORE you can here now-a-days.Who ever thought a freakin Taco would cost more than a dollar, and now they are more than $2.. that might be ok for a little girl to snack on but don't expect to feed a full grown man for less than $15. And Don't even think you'll get through the drive through in less than 20 minutes if there are 3 cars ahead of you.FOR SHAME, TACO BELL, FOR SHAME!
