The pizza maker was very reckless, before I came and everyone was very friendly but now they don't treat people very badly, and they told me that if I wanted to consume in the place I had to order the drinks from the machine if I wanted a liter it had to be taken away because If they gave me drinks in liters and glasses then I would come and copy the machines. For some reason I ask for a liter because I am not one to drink drinks from machines.

I wish I could give a 0 for customer service. They gave me a sandwich at 8 p.m. instead of the 20 wings and told me to bring back the sandwich from 30 minute drive and did not apologize. I expressed how disappointed I was in the service and I was told not to come back.

Love this place we drive an hour just to come eat here,my kids remembered it from 2 years ago and wanted to go for their birthdays. The food is always amazing and fresh out the oven . Ordered a steak calzone with pineapple and bell peppers. Omg deliciousKid-friendliness: Staff catered well to the kids always ?
My husband and I have ordered from italian pie for years since the location in Lawrenceville Hwy opened, but because we moved to Auburn, we started ordering from the Dacula location. I even had the chance to meet the ower at some point. I just called and ordered a large 1-topping pizza and 10 wings. I ordered half bell peppers and half ham. I get a call from the cashier a few minutes after placing my order saying that "Ricky" said I could not order half toppings. I asked to speak to Ricky and he was so rude!! He even said I was taking advange. I explained I had ordered the same thing for years. He would not even allow me to speak and would keep speaking over me. As a business owner myself, I found it so unethical and rude from the establishment. Ricky said he was there to change everything and I said he should be improving the customer's experience instead of making it worst for his customers. He was being so loud..I found it so pointless they rather lose a frequest client over a topping. It's very sad because they have pretty good pizza.

Have eaten their chicken wings for a year now. Unfortunately we will not be back. After ordering a big set of wings, We woke up the next day with a really bad case of salmonella poisoning.

I usually have great experiences here but they seem to have hired a bunch of teenagers that don’t care to be there. I ordered a chicken caesar salad as I always do. I checked my bag and noticed the dressing didn’t look like the caesar I normally get so I asked the kid if it was for sure caesar and he said yes but it clearly isn’t. It tasted awful ?
