Blazin Jerk

I love eating at "hole in the wall" spots. In fact I will only eat Caribbean food from a place that has no indoor seating- I like authenticity lol. Very generous portion size, probably could feed you twice if you're not greedy like me. The chicken was smoked (the only way I like my j**** & perfectly seasoned. People always have a lot to say about how Caribbean's make Mac & cheese but they couldn't say it about this spot. That Mac was perfectttt! For $10 you can't beat it at all!

Although this place is decidedly unimpressive from the outside, the food is delicious and worth exiting the interstate to experience authentic Caribbean cuisine. The j*** chicken is perfectly spiced and succulent, with a good bark of seasoning on juicy meat that makes it chewy and irresistible. The look of the place both inside is some what off-putting but I was so hungry I needed something that was not fast food. I saw the collards and mac n cheese and passed but got a large j*** with cabbage. All I can say it I needed it. The j*** chicken was moist and had that kick that I like. It was simply delicious.
