They always taking card only!! Food is always nasty or greasy. Line takes 20 mins with 2 cars. Can’t even drive up to the part where you can order and chill in the car and eat! Just shut this place down

My granddaughters wanted Sonic and we haven't been in a very long time. I ordered on the app at 2:47 order confirmed. We arrived at Sonic at 2:57. According to the instructions it says to pull into a stall and push the buttons, so we pull into the stall and the light was already blinking, but I pushed it anyway. We stay for about 5 minutes, with no response at all. I backed up to go to another one cuz maybe that one wasn't working . I asked a man in a car next to me, if the stalls were working and he said he didn't think so cuz they had been sitting for a few minutes with nobody answering the button. So we head to the drive thru to wait to pick up the order. 20 minutes later I get to the window to pick up the order....20 minutes! It's now 3:17. Additionally I ordered a classic hot dog with cheese on top. Why would you put a hot dog in the bag sideways so all the toppings slide off? Let me just add that it defeats the purpose of ordering on the app, for faster pick up when you still have to wait 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru? I Stopped going to the one on Covington highway for similar service issues with stalls out of order.

Just left after being in the drive thru for 15 minutes just for them to lie and say they don’t have ice cream. How do you not have ice cream when the main reason people still eat here is dessert!!! Lazy! It’s 2 hours before you close, why are y’all already lying about running out of ice cream? Either fire them all or just shut it down, it’s always something with this sonic.

This place is a mess. I had to wait in line for over about 20 mins with only two cars in the drive-thru line. Nobody was even at the window taking orders. So of course I didn't get any food. This place customer service really sucks!!!

This Sonic is always out of something and either they don’t take cash or a card. I’ve tried multiple times to give it a try but to always be short is not worth stopping.

I visited the sonic today and went to the drive. Thru and was told I needed to do an online order that I did not have. Since I did not have an online order I had to go to the booth. I went to 5 booths and none was working . This worst system failure I have seen !!!!! I really don’t appreciate it !!!!The owners need to do something about this !!!

I honestly don’t know why this location exist. Sonic was known for its friendly, speedy service, and if you were lucky you got someone who would skate to your car. This location is slow in every way shape and form. You barely can get service at the drive up stalls, most of the times the staff tells you to go in the drive thru line; doubling the time of your service. You can place the order online, it does not guarantee expedited service while waiting in the long drive thru line. It’s the furthest thing from fast food and it would honestly do the area a better advantage to close down and allow another food establishment to take its place that is worth waiting for. I dread coming to this location and the morale between customers and staff is so low. You could put a steak and shake here or something else of the same caliber to better service the community.

It looked abandoned....enter sign all banged up tge drive through sign banging up like someone backed into it...alot of foot traffic and it smelled like marijuana...I kepted on driving through the parking lot back onto flat schoals to 285....
