I've been coming to this place for well over 10 years. All of the sudden my phone number is no longer in their system and I have lost all my rewards. Also, they now charge you a dollar extra for no ice but they don't tell you about it until you look at it and find it yourself on the receipt. If you're going to charge people extra, you should say something. Don't just try and conceal it and take people's money. Be honest because a lot of people are going to pay for it either way but dishonesty is a problem. Being sneaky and not saying anything is a problem. So not only have I lost a $5 reward, you also got another $2 out of me and didn't even tell me. Thanks for nothing... Businesses keep getting more and more shady!

the only good part of the shop is when you put the straw in the cup. i ordered the strawberry boba with the tapioca pearls and the drink itself had no flavor at all i had way higher expectations when i saw the reviews and i was very disapointed in the drink. the tapioca was a bit off it had a kinda weird taste and did not taste like any other shop i've got them from, also they were playing a add for talkie on the tv 10 times in the 5 minutes we were there. the service was great it took only a few minutes. tho the prices were not that great if you're on a budget. i recommend just going to the tea leaf and creamery cause its way better and no more than 1 minute away from the shop,

Huge fan of suno. I don't live in GA, so it is always a treat to get suno when I'm visiting. The seating area is pretty limited, but it's a nice atmosphere for hanging out with friends and family. Service was great. We were greeted promptly and asked if we had any questions or needed any recommendations. Once our order was placed, we had a short wait and our orders were complete. Flavor and texture of both the ice cream and bingsoo were on point. Very smooth and not grainy or icy like the competitors. I hope to be back on my next visit.

We love Suno. We go a lot. Since they opened in Gwinnett, we’ve been frequent customers.Today was the most disappointing visit we’ve had.The amount given to us barely filled half a cup. Her reasoning was that she puts the right amount and then shakes it down so it’s the same. It is not the same.Every time we’ve come before we have had a plentiful amount. Like the photos.Today was a ripoff. I wanted to make more of a fuss, but since it was a special occasion for my family, I did not.Suno is great. But if this trend continues, I will stop going.

First let me say that the shaved ice was fantastic. It was very good. My only issues are that it was very uncustomizable, I'm not a huge fan of that. If I want a specific flavor but I don't want a large (the portion sizes are massive btw), then I should be able to get that same flavor as a small or medium (not the case here, I would've had to get the large. Additionally, google had it billed as a frozen yogurt place, which it is not. So if you're expecting froyo, don't go. That being said, again it was still pretty good ??.

I love subo. It’s one of the only affordable boba spots in town. They also make slushies and will reduce sugar and provide and milk alternative for you too!

We wanted to give this a place try since we were craving shaved ice. I got the mochi Heaven but substituted the strawberry SunO base for the taro base, which is only $0.50 extra. The taro taste is the same as taro milk tea. Mochi and condensed milk always goes well with either strawberry or taro shaved ice. My significant other got the brownie bonanza and the base lacks flavor. It tasted water down or melted ice cream. If it had more chocolate, it’d taste better. It’s a small and cozy place to enjoy some dessert in Decatur.
