“Just tried the fish hot pot and wow—absolutely delicious! The spice level is perfect, bringing just the right amount of heat to complement the fresh fish and rich broth. If you’re a fan of spicy food, this is a must-try!”
“This place is absolutely awesome nice thick cut meats all the things you want and need for a hot pot and Korean BBQ absolutely spectacular would go here again and again I've been a few times already and will continue to go back”

“There are a few locations that we go to for korean bbq but for this type of meal (organ meats) I have to say "GopChang On Fire" is our go to location. Great food options, great atmosphere, great service, and great owner that is always accommodating. If you were ever on the fence of trying organ bbq meats, I would highly recommend trying GopChang and making it your stable and standard. I don't think it could get any better then this.”
“My favorite hot pot place ever! They have a great selection of meats and vegetables, and the soup is soup-er flavorful. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff are extremely friendly! Everything is just perfection! A great place to get dinner with a partner or bring a large group of friends since it’s affordable and super high quality.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door and sitting complies with ADA accommodations.”
“After patronizing this wonderful restaurant for over 15 years it’s time to let my secret out. I lived in Korea for a year and haven’t experienced this level of authentic Korean freshness and hospitality since. The owner makes all the vegetable dishes she serves you herself…yes, she will be serving you personally. That includes the Kimchee and Doenjang (fermented soybean paste). The latter takes her 2 years to make!! I love the food and the warm service here so much that I have added this restaurant to my advanced directive…it’s my requested last meal, should I be so lucky. :-). Once you've eaten here you will understand why her walls are covered with "Best of Atlanta' awards dating back two decades.
Vegetarian options: The wonderful vegetable side dishes (Banchan) are the best part of eating here. And she is always creating something new and exciting.
Parking: Lots of free parking. :-)”

“This Michelin recommended spot did not disappoint! The hand pulled Chinese noodles and dumplings are simply to die for. I had the beef soup, which was filled with handmade noodles and tender beef. The Shanghai pan fried pork buns are insanely good as well. I will most definitely be returning to this staple of Buford Highway!”
“My husband and I just had lunch at the Buford location and what a hidden gem!!! The people were very friendly and the food was amazing! I’ve never had this type of fare before but oh my goodness! It was sooo good! We had a pollo empanada that was unlike any I’ve had before and a plantain dish I cannot remember the name of but it is probably my new favorite food so I need to figure it out 🤣 My husband had a ham and cheese croissant sandwich and inhaled it before I could even ask if he liked it. They’re very fast, very clean, very nice and the food is delicious! Do yourself a favor and check them out!”
“Delicious and unique. I ordered the #4 cheddar dog and added hot Cheeto coating. It was delicious. I’d like to try the potato mozzarella dog next and they have sweet options and you can cover them in sugar, yum. There’s a huge variety of toppings that you can put on yourself too beyond that. Definitely worth checking out if your at H-Mart or in the area
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly”
“I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, it fell a bit short for me. While the service was exceptional, truly a 6 out of 5, with the young gentleman at the front being welcoming and the older gentleman in the back incredibly kind and polite, the pricing felt steep compared to similar options in the area.
For example, an 8-piece family fried chicken is priced at $30, and a 2-piece order costs $10, which is nearly double the cost of other halal spots nearby. Do note the chicken is of very good quality. Hormone free, vegetable fed and no antibiotics administered. During my visit, I ordered an 8-piece wings with fries. While the food was good, the dim lighting inside made the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy, and at first glance, I even thought the place might be closed.
That said, I really appreciate the effort and hospitality of the staff. If they were to adjust the pricing a little bit and perhaps brighten up the space, this spot has great potential to become a local favorite.
Kid-friendliness: They really try to accommodate kids. Offered two free lays chips. Which is absolutely commendable. I appreciate that!”
“Overall, I would give it four stars. I ordered the tomato beef rice noodles (my friend did as well). The taste was good, but aside from the noodles, there wasn’t much meat or vegetables. Although it was filling, it didn’t feel very satisfying...emmm...but not bad (like medium level?) Also, the vegetables were the salad type, which felt a bit strange. The pudding milk tea tasted pretty average, at least I would say they can improve it. I might go back to try other flavors(?) Like spicy noodle or sour beef..My other friend recommended pairing it with fried chicken for a more satisfying meal.”
“Can’t believe I never ventured in here for all the times I’ve come to the complex it’s in - I’d been missing out on some great and unique ice cream!
Had their signature mango stick rice ice cream and it was delicious. Perfect mix of warm (rice) and cold (ice cream). I personally didn’t care for the savory coconut sauce because it was a bit too salty for me but everything else was great.
The ambience felt homey and relaxing and the ice cream was made pretty quickly.
Can’t wait to come back and try some of their other flavors and combinations!”

“Food was surprisingly flavorful. The seasoning reminds me of a high-end omakase or a 3-star Michelin star restaurant. The flavor balance is perfect. It's not like other places where they just cook the meat you order with zero flavoring, this place has a very good flavor. The chicken skin skewer. The pork belly skewer. The special beef skewer. Beef tendon skewer. Sweet and sour pork. The 1664 blanc beer. The assortment of drinks offered is very good. Great service. Hime made kimchee is a must order. I want to come here one a week forever. It's that good.”
“Traditional Korean Food and Korean Barbecue. how many local Koreans and other Asians eating this restaurant. it is Korean owned and operated and when visiting you will feel like you are in South Korea.”

“This restaurant has quickly become part of our weekly rotation, and for good reason! The food is consistently excellent. The Szechuan fish sauce dish is absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked fish with a flavorful, spicy kick. The beef with leeks and cilantro is another standout, with tender meat and fresh, aromatic flavors. The menu has plenty of variety, but these two dishes are our go-to favorites. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for delicious, authentic flavors!”
“Definitely one of my most favorite restaurants on Buford HWY! First I wasn’t sure if the chef was from Sichuan, but when I tasted a few key dishes, then I know he got it right. Later I found out the chef especially went to Sichuan for training! Great value for the $ and authentic taste - it’s a double win!”
“We dined here the evening of 9/27/24 and left very impressed! Not only was the food great, but the two ladies who attended us were so gracious, kind, and attentive. If you've been to some of the other mainstays on Buford Highway, you'll know that service can sometimes be brusque and impatient. Not the case here! They really made us feel welcome.
We ordered the short ribs, tofu stew, and seafood pancake. Everything was tasty, but wow, that pancake was the star of the show. It's huge! I'm talking as thick as a deep dish pizza, lol. Also, it wasn't soggy from oil like they sometimes can be. Needless to say, we left full and happy, and we will be adding this to the Buford Highway rotation ?”
“Absolute best boba in Atlanta! The boba is made to taste and not too sweet. The flavors are really good as far as the tea goes. The cafe is minimalist and quaint. They have ordering kiosks and their menu is extensive with variety of coffee and snacks. They have a great variety of desserts as well. Their tea service is amazing too. The cafe is always busy but the service is fast. They have free parking on the plaza. The cafe is visible from regular traffic. The seating might be limited in rush hours. The price is moderate to high but totally worth it. I highly recommend trying their toasted tiger boba.
Dietary restrictions: They offer vegan and vegetarian options
Parking: About 8-10 parking stalls but can park in the next lot
Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring kids and family
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and two disabled parking spots right across the door”

“Had a Rockn good time. I was digging Skintone Band. The food was great. I say get up in the house.”
“The food exceeded expectations. The nigiri and shashimi slices were thicker than other places, fresh, and tender. Service was great as well.”

“Ordered the strawberry matcha for me and brown sugar latte for my mom and we both loved our drinks!
Strawberry matcha is my go to boba, but a lot of places, the strawberry is too artificial and overpowering, but it was perfectly balanced here. I also don’t like boba pearls because they’re too slimy or hard and has a weird aftertaste at a lot of places, but I loved the consistency and flavor here! The brown sugar latte had perfect amount of coffee bitterness, and since we asked for less sweet, a subtly sweet blend of milky coffee goodness.
I also saw a lot of reviews talking about a weird smell and I don’t know if it’s because it’s winter right now, but it didn’t smell particularly weird or bad inside. The lady who worked there was also really polite and helpful! Wish we lived closer so I could come more often. 😩”
“Seriously the best cupcake I've had in San Antonio. It's not absurdly sweet and the flavor is strong and balanced. The frosting does not leave a film at the roof of the mouth like conventional cupcakes do. So worth it and great for those with dairy and egg allergies because it's vegan!”

“I went earlier this year (I NEED to go back soon), and I bought some side dishes and once I was heading out, the older woman stopped me and gave me a large piece of rice cake for free!
I believe I bought some seasoned/kimchi cucumber and it was delicious and you could taste the freshness. Highly recommend!”
“With all the new boba places opening in Atlanta, Tancha reigns as my favorite. Each drink is a different desserty flavor, from tart and light or rich and decadent, or a combination if you're feeling adventurous!
I always get the mango creamio, a thick mango slush with agar boba and grapefruit at the bottom, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It is the perfect balance of sweet and tart that doesn't leave you with a toothache after. My friends let me try their lemon yakult and orange green tea slush, two of Tancha's lighter drinks. I really adore the thought into packaging for a really lovely picture. The yakult adds a slight creamy flavor that is complimented by the lemon well. And honestly, how could you go wrong with a green tea slush?
If you're craving a basic boba or a dessert, I recommend making the trip to Tancha. They have plenty of seating and wifi, so you could come and camp out if you'd like. They are quick as they can be when dealing with many customers, which I appreciate the urgency. It is newly refurbished which I like, and they kept their signature mini van seating (you'll have to see what I mean)! I would love to get their fried fishballs with passionfruit/tamarind sauce the next time I'm there.”
“I love this place ! Food is great and customer service is always served with good vibes. A special thanks to all the girls who even on the busiest nights, try their best to accommodate everyone to the best of their ability.”
“My employer bought us lunch and I decided to use this to try this place with uber eats. I had the Fried Oysters and 1/2 lb of Crafish with hot/heavy seasonings. it was fantastic, and I plan to order from here again in the future.”

“I enjoy going to this Checkers the staff is always so friendly. When I ordered my Checker burger it was definitely filled to the brim with all the vegetables. However it was overflowing too much and it was quite messy. But I did enjoy it. The atmosphere we ate outside and it was a little dirty there was a few cigarette butts on the ground but nothing to be hounding about cuz these guys work really hard. So I'll give him a 4 out of 5S Stars but I always go there at least once to twice a week”
“I love the snacks from here, about prices like guys come on the prices went up anywhere , people need somehow to make a profit and keep it nice quality, I will come back anyway !”
“I wasn’t able to eat here but I will give 5 stars anyways because the food look mouth watering.
I was in the mood for a good lobster roll. I found this spot online, I thought it was in a building but quickly realized it is a food truck. So I wanted to give it a try. The address led me to the Atlanta Prep Kitchen space and unfortunately no one could help me. Oh well maybe when I have more time in Atlanta I can try one next time.”

“My first time here and it was a great experience. The owner was kind and patient, entertaining my million questions about the menu. He let me sample the chicken curry, goat curry, & even the fish & eggplant fish dish he made for staff lunch. The curry was delicious but too spicy for my tolerance level. I got the lamb kabab kati roll, garlic teriyaki wings & fried rice (lunch special), & vegetable samosa. Everything was made to order so it's hot and fresh. The kati roll was like a foot long. The flavor wasn't what I'm used to but I still inhaled it so no pics. I was too full to eat the rest. My only complaint is how hot and small the place was so it's not ideal for dine-in. Come with an open mind if you never had Deshi food before.”
“? Bulgogi Rice Ball, fish cake stick, bulgogi gimbap, chicken gimbap and Harue Topokki was really good! Remind me of Seoul Street Food when I went to Korea last year. It was flavorful and love the fresh ingredients.
? must get the Korean Fried Chicken Plate. It was huge portion enough to feed a family. The sweet and spicy was perfect season and delicious.
? the tonkatsu omurice was amazing! The fried rice was perfect season and freshly made. This is my favorite dish here.
? the Harue signature bulgogi box and sweet & spicy chicken box is a such steal! They have all my favorite in one box.
? Must get the soju and Mango Juice

“Went to this place in Doraville, GA called Yebisuya where I had Omurice for the first time along with a Yebisuya Bun that I also got and tried for the first time. Omurice: although this wasn't the Omurice I was expecting this was definitely still a very delicious version. Underneath is a bed of fried rice that was just so good with an omelet layered on top of it. They give you 3 sauce choices Spicy Kewpie Mayo, Ketchup, and Tonkatsu sauce. I chose the spicy mayo which by the way wasn't spicy at all I could have ate a ton of that stuff with no problem and those that know me know I don't handle spice well lol. Yebisuya Bun: is basically a steamed bun with chicory, scallion, and I got it with Tonkatsu pork in it and yall when I tell yall I could have ate 10 of these bad boys. The bun was so soft and the filling was sooooo flavorful like you just have to try it. Go check these guys out the next time you're in Georgia or if you live in Georgia. 8.9/10 6035 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, Doraville, GA 30360”
“The girls serve you excellently, they are very friendly, the food is delicious. I love that the menu has photos and it is very easy to choose because we can see what it is about, and the waitresses explain to you if you have questions about any ingredient, you can feel the Peruvian style in the dishes, my favorites are the wanton soups with shrimp and the pork ribs with salt and pepper, are very divine and all the dishes are large, good portions.
Parking: It's big and free
Kid-friendliness: There are dishes that children can eat
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, you can be comfortable at the tables”

“New BEST Banh Mi in town! Newly opened and and lots of DELICIOUS FLAVORS no others can rival! Located on BuHi next to the well known Tea House Formosa, you will find a newly established Banh Mi shop. Not only am I impressed with the menu, the meat to topping ratio, and the baguette is light, fluffy and fresh JUST LIKE in VIETNAM. As if that was not enough, THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIAL SAUCE, a sweet and tangy explosión of flavor. The Banh Mi sizes offered are diverse and ready to serve any client ranging from the Banh Mi craver that wants to limit bread intake (stick), the Now and Later that likes to eat half now and save half for later because you weren't that hungry (Regular), and the BiG EyE eater who orders TWO to finish 1 1/2 (Challenger). The challenger wasn't available yet, but I look forward to one day enjoying an airy inside and crunchy outside Challenger sized Banh Mi! Now finally, To the nitty gritty I ordered the - Be Grilled Pork (original) -Glazed Chicken (original) - Teriyaki Chicken (stick) They were all mouth watering and have me wanting more... the texture was crunchy, full of flavor, and the perfect egg butter glazed inside providing the perfect balance.”

“This food here was amazing & huge portions for the price. We had the chicken fried rice, combination lo mein, and the lamb chops. They also gave us watermelon to finish our meal. Our waitress Luu was so sweet with my 3yo who can be picky. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Very delicious, everything I recommend, this is the second time I come to this place, I came for two 2 years, I loved it and I came back again this year, I give it u. 10”
“Food:
Their sweet & sour pork (锅包肉) is the best among all the ones I’ve had tried. Every time I come here, it’s my must-to-order. Their 烤冷面 (first pic) tastes also really good. I personally don’t like lamb but I loved the beef tendon skewers! We (2 people) wanted to order more food but the large portion of each item stopped us.
Service:
The food came pretty quickly. The server welcomed us and was very nice.
Atmosphere:
The restaurant isn’t that big but enough to have privacy as they leaves enough room between tables. The place was maintained clean and well.”
