There were no other cars in the lot or in the drive through. I waited at the drive through for a couple of minutes and no one came to take my order. So I pulled out and went inside and it was completely empty. After standing at the counter for a minute or so, someone finally came out. Not good customer service at
Went through drive-thru and ordered a medium caramel macchiato (much higher priced premium coffee drink). The current promotion is a $1 donut with a medium coffee purchase. I was charged full price for the donut because I ordered a premium coffee! This is stupid! And the only reason I got was that it only applies to coffee. Now I’m wondering what the heck was in my macchiato! Terrible service.

I ordered a large hot coffee with ONLY cream going through the drive-thru. After leaving the restaurant and well on my way home, I take a sip and I got a hot coffee with cream AND SUGAR! Ugh! I hate it when things like this happen. Why is something simple like hot coffee with only cream hard to handle?!?
