I’ve been in Douglasville for the past 4 years almost, I’ve eaten quite a few times at this particular Applebee’s and I must be honest and say that I didn’t always like the quality of the food or service but God ‼️‼️ They needed an Aireale, she’s not just a Bartender but she’s more like a friend serving you. She pays great attention to detail, fast and efficient. She has a beautiful spirit, if you come to this location be sure to ask for her, it’ll be worth your while ?

Service started off OK until we realized there was only one person working the entire bar area, and food from the kitchen wasn't coming out. To wait over an hour for 2 plates of food when the place is empty is ridiculous. I'm glad drinks and one appetizer came because my husband was hungry.
Tonight on 4/12/23 My finace and myself stopped at this Applebee's. We generally love this place. But it was our first time at the Douglasville location. I promise you we will never go to this location again. The food was good. The service was probably the worst service I have had at an Applebee's. We arrived and we're seated immediately. The restaurant was less than half full. We waited 5-8 mins before our waitress came to the table. Her first words were, " sorry it's been crazy". But we doubted that because the place was dead. Anyway, we placed our drinks and an appetizer. Another several mins went by and she returned with our drinks. We placed our dinner order at this time. 10 mins went by and our appetizer came out. Time passed and and at almost 30 min mark, she comes to the table to tell me they don't have what I ordered. ( This was the time our food should have came out.) So I told her something simple I would get instead. another 20 mins go by and they finally bring the food. She told my fiance she would bring her a refill and never came back. We ate and we're ready to go. Finally out waitress comes back and we ask for a check and a to go box. She eventually makes it back, I pay and we ask for a bag. She said she would be right back with that. She never came back so we just got up and left. Again, I'm pretty patient and I try to cut servers the most slack but when the restaurant is dead on a Friday night there really isn't any excuse. We spent $60 on dinner. But that's the last $60 they will get from me. Your over all score on Google is 3.2. y'all need to do better

I wouldn’t eat here again. Ordered the artichoke dip. Came out COLD and in a plastic bowl. Sent food back. Meal came out Mac n cheese with chicken tenders was cold as well. We were sitting for a hour waiting on the food for it to come out COLD.
