The bacon was evenly spread throughout the toast, which never happens. The sesame seeds was scattered perfectly. I have never had an avocado toast from Dunkin’ Donuts like the one I had today. Whomever made it today set the bar extremely high. they need to be promoted to the king or queen of preparing avocado toast, and they need to go to every single DD in Georgia to make sure everybody get it right! “I have to give a SUPER Shout Out to Devon! THANK YOU for an amazing Customer service experience!On my way back to the office, I stopped by this Dunkin location to get my afternoon pick-me-up. The location sits in a great location as it is easy on and easy back onto the main road. As I walked in, I was met with the fragrance of fresh brewing Original Blend. Can you tell I was excited? LoL!Arriving at the counter, I was met with a "Welcome to Dunkin" and a warm smile. My order was quickly taken with and I headed to the end of the counter to await my coffee. Upon receiving my coffee, it was warm. Warm as in above room temperature but waaaaaay below hot... I asked Devon if it was possible to have my coffee heated up. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make me a new cup. A few moments later I was provided a fresh cup of coffee that was Hot and Perfectly made.Devon took what could have been a detractor experience and turned it into a promoter experience. Her customer service and care for my coffee desires is a true representation of service.“

“I wanted donut holes for our church's 'coffee table', and a couple of dozen assorted donuts for our choir for Easter Sunday morning. I called early in the week to ask about getting 10 doz donut holes on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. I told the lady that I would call and confirm this prior to Sunday morning. By the time I remembered on Sat, they had closed for the day. So, Sunday morning, I watched the clock and called at 7:30 a.m.--and they were so gracious, and said they'd have them ready at 9! We picked them up (this was our 1st visit there) and wow! What a beautiful variety is offered! But let me say this: their 'beauty' is FAR surpassed by their TASTE!. Oh. My. Word. They are FANTASTIC! My husband loves Krispy Kreme, which I detest, and when he said he believed that THESE were even better, I knew it wasn't just my imagination--these are superb. Hands down the best donuts I've eaten since we left StL 14 yrs ago. Kudos to the wonderful staff and simply amazing donuts!!!! Just writing this makes me want to grab my keys, drive right over there and get a couple of those bavarian cream filled, chocolate iced confections....they were decadent. I rarely think that D'Ville has any sort of eatery that is clearly superior to other places, but I would rank Douglas Donuts as 2nd to none--anywhere!“
