“What a great find in Douglasville! Stopped in for desserts to bring home and left with too much because it was too hard to decide on just one! Cakes are beautiful and delicious. Service was very friendly. We will be back to try the cafe when it's open and do some shopping. Love the vibe of the people and the building.“
“I went to this Dairy Queen today to get a dipped cone and a Banana split which was delicious the service was great and very quick due to the long drive thur line for the free small ice cream they did today. I had to use the bathroom and when I got done using the bathroom I went to wash my hands and the sink and it had mold growing on it.“

The large is more than any adult should consume in one day, but delicious.We found this store’s leadership absent and the team working rudderless in a busy Saturday night. We waited for over 20 minutes for our order. It was well made and fresh, but we will definitely return at a less busy time.Additionally, the facility looked like it needed a deep cleaning front of house and back.“

“We have frequented this location several times. We never have any problems except we always have to ask for napkins. On our most recent visit, we ordered a small cup of strawberry ice cream and a regular waffle cone with butter pecan ice cream. When we got to the window, the total was incorrect. Then we realized she had rang us twice for one of the items. She corrected it with no apology; my husband said she was robotic. She wasn't the type to go over and beyond at being friendly. When she handed me the cup, it was in a brown paper bag with a lid. Usually they ask if we want a lid but I knew the cashier knew I was ready to eat it right then. I'm not sure why she didn't tell her co-worker. Rather than bring it up to her, I happily accepted it. What's done was done. The serving service at this location is always good. You definitely get your money's worth.“
“They are understaffed. However the ladies working there are kind, friendly, and working hard. This is not the first Sonic I have been to that is understaffed It seems to be therir business model now - which is sad - because it was not like this before they sold out to a national company.“
