BBQ sandwich a complete letdown Neither had much meat but one in particular didn't even make a pass across the cheese. It was burned to a crisp, as though they were scraping the bottom of the barrel to make my food. Nothing like the ad. I was very disappointed and not for the first time at Sonic. Alsoy food was stone cold, since it was apparently made when ordered but no one was available to deliver for nearly an hour. Really don't know who to blame that on. But I could have had BBQ from a better place for the price I paid at Sonic! Shame on you!

They are understaffed. However the ladies working there are kind, friendly, and working hard. This is not the first Sonic I have been to that is understaffed It seems to be therir business model now - which is sad - because it was not like this before they sold out to a national company.

Best sonic food I have had in a while. Every sonic I go to it's either out of something orcold.Food was fresh, presentable, and over all delicious.Went back and ordered a large strawberry cheesecake and the presentation! Looked just like the pics. And delicious! Will and have already came back!
The Sonic in Douglasville, Ga is the absolute worst but most definitely consistent with bad service. Every time you go they are not opening for another 30 minutes. A different day same thing but clearly the sign says open. Then waiting for your food is just as bad but consistent. I recommend start over or close it.
Spent over $25 on app for my daughter to pick up. What she was given WAS NOT what I ordered.Also, only ONE PERSON was working the entire restaurant alone!!!!Customer service has been stalling about my refund…never again!

Line is always wrapped around building even at odd ours so you wait 10mins plus for your order. Food is always terribly prepared and they never take card payments and even ask for cashapp/Zelle or cash which is sus.

My father-in-law ordered a Foot Long with Chilli and Onions along with Onion Rings and a Large Strawberry Milkshake.Well…the hotdog was RAW: as in cold, uncooked and wet - straight from the packaging and into the bun!!!!!This is unacceptable and it could have caused illness.Nov 17, 2023

Nothing was working, all if the pull ups had out of order signs on them and the line for the drive through was around the building and not moving. We waited for 10 minutes and did not move.

I am unsure what exactly happened to the food we ordered from this Sonic ! However, let me just say we ordered for our family of 6 which was quite costly and the food was beyond appalling. I feel that if it had been thrown against the wall it still would have looked better than the disgusting mess we received. The order was incomplete missing x2 milkshakes, everything was cold and what on earth are the extra black pieces? Not impressed, pretty gross to be honest - will not recommend this location!
