Don’t DoorDash from here. They can’t give your food to the appropriate people despite sending two DIFFERENT dashers. Unbelievable!

I have ordered grilled chicken on the loaded fries at multiple Zaxbys restaurants (Villa Rica, Carrollton) and Douglasville says they "can't make the loaded fries with grilled chicken."

I went to the drive thru in Douglasville, GA. The greeting was great but the items that I purchased were affordable. I receive no straw for my drink. It's sad how you are treated at these fast food restaurants. Treat us the way you wanna be treated ✨️ I order arnoldpalmer with egg rolls and they were burnt...I mean burnt ? ?

The wait was over 30min. We ended up having to leave and go somewhere else, that was 2 months ago. Haven't really wanted to try it again....update 03/05/24...1st off ordered only one chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, but worked our bc I had a teenager with me that originally didn't want anything and then when they smelled my food they were ravenous, glad they ended up getting me two and not a bad price at about 8$. The first fries the teen wolfed down were perfect, mine were cold, had 5 small pieces of chicken no cheese, no ranch, they were awful. Yet another Douglasville chain restaurant that is better near my work in Roswell. But hey...2 stars...going up...the actual interaction with the staff is amazing, very kind and upbeat.

I ordered food online and i wish they would pay attention i wanted A ranch and Zax sauce they gave me two Zax sauces and my food tasted rushed
They've finally gotten it together(hopefully by paying employees a decent wage). Very quick, fresh and friendly.
