Quite disappointed with the service
I visited this location with my son, and the experience was far from what we expected. When we arrived, the employees seemed confused about who should take our order, which gave off a real lack of interest.
We ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for our food. My son ordered a promotional meal mainly for the toy, but it was served without it. On top of that, the fries weren't good and the nuggets were somewhat burnt.

Alisha is one of the best employees that you guys have working for you!! So polite, very attentive, and anyways ready to HELP!!! Cam is very friendly and great at what he does!! Jalen cooked the food perfectly! Everything tasted great and like the first time I ate Burger King!! Kendrick runs a great establishment AND was even helping in ways I never see management help. I will definitely be coming here if I want Burger King!! Great place 10 stars!!!!!
