This location is getting 3 stars, due to the rudeness of my order taking long on purpose. I noticed my order was put in around and before other customers and it was purposely ignored today. The manager was very accommodating and nice! She told me they were backed up, but i know he purposely put mine to the side. The next time i come to this location and I see this particular man making the drinks i will kindly leave. Thanks

I'd never been to this particular location before, but I really loved the vibe. There was a tall gentleman who made sure to greet everyone as they came in and also make eye contact. I really appreciated that because, to me, it felt more genuine. The place was pretty busy, but you could tell everything was flowing. Nicely. My order was ready and I didn't have to wait. I'll definitely stop back in if i'm back in the area.

It’s another Starbucks. Nothing especially special about this place. The location was clean. Staff was ok not rude but no especially nice. Younger staff members so something I would expect. They closed earlier than expected around 7 so we had to leave. But coffee and tea was good.

I used to frequent this Starbucks ALL THE TIME when I was in high school, as this was the biggest Starbucks in Johns Creek. Also, it opened the latest. Because of the size, this Starbucks was always busy and despite the size -- it was difficult to find seating almot all the time.Fast forward 8 year later, I was in the JC area and I needed a place to get some work done so I stopped by here. Despite being 8 year later, this Starbucks was busy for a Sunday afternoon. The beauty of this location is that it's located inside a very busy plaza, which also has Regal so there are constantly people here.I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso with sweet cream and the barista who took my order didn't seem so thrilled to be working in general, but she wasn't rude at all in any way. Because this place is always so busy, it took a good minute before my order came out but my drink was made perfectly and I was able to get a lot of work done. This Starbucks definitely brings back memories, and I'm glad I was able to stop by here as it definitely has some great memories here.

This is the worst customer service I've seen in this Atlanta area. I came this morning and I saw a couple in front of the line who looked very concern they just left after two minutes and I didn't see them ordering anything but they were standing there and looked mad. Then when I tried to ordered nobody really cared that I was standing there and these people from Starbucks didn't even bother to say "please wait a minute" or there were four people there doing things and the store wasn't even crowded. I have to say I saw someone training a person and that person didn't even looked at me. All of them ignored me and I had to raise my voice and asked for help and the man (he's tall and black-so you can know who I'm talking about) was so relax like nothing was happening there and told me to wait then murmured to his partner and they both laughed. I left super mad at this disrespectful people. I went to this Starbucks close to TJmax and next to Chili's and OMG this customer service is amazing and the place was packed. They greet you and are so fast and attentive. Please HIRE better people!!

LOVE this starbucks!! My coffee is always delicious and the staff is easily the most friendly in the area. Multiple baristas asked me about my day and it was a perfect way to start my day! The atmosphere is comfy and pleasant, and I would 100% recommend coming here to study, read, or just hang out with friends.
