Mario Jordan Store Manager is a disgrace to the Zaxby's management team I came in to the location to use restroom because iam a diabetic patient I brought my quiktrip cup in with me to get some ice from your ice machine, Mario in front of a lobby full of customer yelled to me 'you can't do that " I replied "Get Ice" he'd said yeah and begin scolding and belittling me in front of customers say why would I think ice was free even after I said it was not a problem to pay for it and he even called me a thief and said I was trying to steal ice , Iam an African American man well educated and was dressed in a suit and tie and the way I was handled by this individual who claims he is the store manager is unacceptable I will be weigh all options avaliable to me to rectify this situation I urge anyone reading this not to patronize this Zaxby's as long as they have individuals such as Mario Jordan represent this location he is rude and should not be anybody s manager let alone team member I want to hear from upper management I launched a complaint through the customer service number

This is a very well run Zaxby's. The drive thru line was a little long when we arrived but the service was super fast. The food was hot and the cashier was very polite. Oh and they had a 100 on their health score.

Please don’t ask for a ranch dipping sauce or you will be treated with disrespect by the staff. One of the employees was trying to be intimidating by staring at me.The manager Eva apologized for her rude staff’s behavior over .25 that they were willing to lose a customer over. At that point I lost my appetite.I have never been charged for a ranch dipping sauce before. You would of thought that I asked for a free meal and then some.Never coming back to this location. Sticking to the locations that are not in the business of arguing over .25 with a customer. I did call customer service and they shared its a franchise location. No wonder they are pressed for .25 Absolutely Ridiculous!

I went through drive thru and ordered a large chicken sandwich combo with Lemonade. When I got back to my office I bit into sandwich and chicken was rubbery. Meaning it’s under cooked. Also had pink undertone. I called store to inform them about what occurred. Spoke to female manager, she was apologetic and said this happens sometimes, which is scary to think that this happens often which could put the public at risk for becoming ill. She said come back and she would get it fixed. I informed her that I didn’t have time to return because my lunch break time was over, but I could return there next time I was in the area. The manager assured me that she wrote my name down and would take care of me when I returned. Today, a week or a little more later I return. Person at counter goes and checks for my name and comes back and says he didn’t see it. And so another lunch break is wasted. I’ve could have just ordered something and paid, but it was the principal.Update.. after a phone call from the staff I returned and they offered me a replacement meal and treated me well. Ester the manager made sure that everything was right. I respect that they went above and beyond to make it right. Mark was very helpful.

Did not put my Xtra sauce in the bag, had to go back through drive thru. Girl said they didn't ring me up for Xtra sauce, not my fault. Plus i didnt get a receipt, therefore i couldn't verify. Do you know this chick trying to make me pay for a $.25 cents sauce on my card. Anyways I hadn't open one of my zax sauce. I wanted ranch sauce for the additional sauce. I said here take the zax sauce back and give me a ranch sauce in place of it. She did so, my point is this, you should have given me a sauce period for inconvenience. Second you don't take food back from a customer once you give it out. I have never seen a restaurant so hard up about some sauce, after all the money you have spent on food. Poor customer service period.
