Waffle House is no longer dependably 24 hours. This particular one is doing a better job of providing late-night service, but offers it only through a takeout window. When you need three greasy pork chops, a heap of hash browns, and eggs cooked exactly over medium, it's still the only place worth considering.
Customer service was bad. We was standing in store 10-15 before being greeted. Placed a online order and food was still wrong and had to wait on food. NOBODY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES HAD ATTITUDES. I customer came in before me and didn't get served until 4 other ppl was served. No greeting when coming
