The manager was very rude.She cooked my food. Everything was done except the bacon. I asked the waiter can he asked her to put the weight on it so the rest of my food won't get cold. I was asked to repeat myself. Not being rude I did and she said she won't with me asking like that and I only asked. It was only common curiosity. Rude. Had to get a refund bc my money can be spent at another restaurant. These people don't want no money with the Rude ppl they have working. We can tell she eat cold food all the time. But I don't want to and I'm Not paying to eat part cold food and part hot.

I placed an online order 03/06/2024 at 1:09 a.m. my order was supposed to be ready at 1:24 a.m.. I got there around 1:27 a.m. and the young lady said a few more minutes. I check back around 1:40 a.m. and she said it still wasn't ready and they just started cooking it. At 1:45 a.m. I went back to the window to ask for a refund as I had an excruciating headache and did not want to wait any longer. Not to mention it's raining!!! This young lady met me with all kinds of rudeness as if it was MY FAULT that THEY DIDN'T have my order ready on time.She was being sarcastic when I asked for a manager saying there wasn't a manager there, telling me to call corporate, rolling her eyes, saying they don't have a phone "that's why it's online orders do you not get that," slamming the window in my face.I'm using my money at this establishment and I tipped $4.20 on a $12.80 order. That's roughly more than 25% if I'm not mistaking. I don't appreciate the customer service or lack thereof at ALL. I want a refund of $17 ASAP!!! I did not get my order.I have also emailed a formal complaint via online with a picture of the employee standing happily in her rudeness. Just to be clear I'm not in the business of complaining or having people fired. I only leave reviews when I am satisfied, when I have something positive to contribute.Oh not tonight!! Right now I'm super pi$$ed because I needed the food to relieve this headache. The employee's attitude says more about her character than mine so I'm not worried about her however, I definitely wanted to express my grief and I want my money the fast way or I'll just dispute it with my bank.??♀️?️

If I could leave zero stars for the food I would I spent 115 dollars and I left a 20 dollar tip only for the food to all be burnt and tasted like trash by it being night and u can only order Togo myself and my kids couldn't even eat the food because it was charred... I would never severe someone food that way and I'll never go back to that waffle house! Check your food!

This is the worst location. Alina and “Sweetheart” (?the irony)… are the nastiest (energy and spirit) individuals I’ve encountered. I finally experienced the common experience people think of when they lower themselves to the Waffle House experience. Just know they will never be elite employees and will never get a promotion. That’s on Boss and CEO. Muah… disgusted.

Waffle House is no longer dependably 24 hours. This particular one is doing a better job of providing late-night service, but offers it only through a takeout window. When you need three greasy pork chops, a heap of hash browns, and eggs cooked exactly over medium, it's still the only place worth considering.

Vivian. The parking attendant harassed me about the way I parked and refused to serve me food because I did not park to her parking standards Vivian, the parking attendant yes watch out for her. And in case you didn’t know Waffle House charges 10% when you take food out to go extra 10 whole percent, plus tax, plus attitudes. Even Cracker Barrel treat me better than that

My boyfriend and I pulled up to grab a bite to eat. We were surprised to see that not only could we not go into the store to eat, we couldn’t order unless we “parked our car the way the attendee wanted us to park”. Vivian said that Waffle House now has a rule that you must park accordingly or you will not be served. News to us but, we’ve never had a restaurant turn us away for parking our car how you’d normally park a car outside in a parking spot on the property. Very weird. Wanted to share this information for others who may consider coming to this location. Vivian did not greet us. She didn’t welcome us. Her first words were “don’t you think you need to move your car?” Shocked and confused, we left. Not sure what’s going on with restaurants in Atlanta these days but, it’s getting ridiculous. Mind you it was not even late. 10pm on a Saturday. Good luck yal.
