I love Jersey Mikes, this location is my absolute favorite to go to now that Audrey and Sean are there! Both people were super friendly as soon as I walked in the door. They took the time to help us and made it so easy on us, we have a lot of dietary restrictions and Audrey helped us with everything and never acted like it was a problem which is rare in food industry! They both made sure our order was executed properly with no cross contamination. Then checked on us once we sat and were eating !! We will definitely be back, and I’ll tell my friends! I’ll be keeping an eye out for those 2 employees they really went above and beyond !! Thank you Guys!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!

Associates were rude and seemed bothered by additional requests to add items to our order. We were not greeted when we entered nor thanked when we left. Food was not great as no care was taken in preparation of our order. No smiling faces just employees who appeared to be working in some level of hell. Good luck with online orders. My advice is to check your order for accuracy prior to leaving the store.

Front staff was rude, they dit visibly annoyed because we wanted to add items to our subs, then even more so because I asked for a drink. Maybe SLOW down and focus on a quality experience with your customers instead of being bothered by people handling you money?

I ordered a Chipotle cheesesteak. There was no Chipotle and there was very little meat.Jersey Mike's used to be my favorite sandwich place. I'm not going back to this one. I hope others aren't as bad.Two stars because what little sandwich I got was still tasty even if it was wrong and lacking in meat.

The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was delicious! Bread was so fresh it melts in your mouth. The employees were very friendly.

The food is good, but only if it's fixed correctly as ordered on the app...which it NEVER is. The biggest issue is that the app isn't even thorough enough to be able to add extra of something to a sandwich or say you want something on the side. The other issue is that it's super disappointing to receive your order wrong, and then try to call the store to have them fix it only to find out they NEVER answer their phone. The last time I got the wrong bread, wrong toppings, and the wrong cheese. ?Vegetarian options: They have veggie subs, but don't have cucumbers or spinach if those are your jam. Otherwise, it's a cold cut shop. They're not really catering to vegetarians, but they do have an option.
