The food is good, but only if it's fixed correctly as ordered on the app...which it NEVER is. The biggest issue is that the app isn't even thorough enough to be able to add extra of something to a sandwich or say you want something on the side. The other issue is that it's super disappointing to receive your order wrong, and then try to call the store to have them fix it only to find out they NEVER answer their phone. they have a lot to improve on before i would go back, besides paying $10 for an average cheese steak the genre and volume of the music blaring through the speakers would better be suited for more urban setting. the women before us dumped her entire beverage on the floor in front of the cashier and none of the 4 employees got a mop or warned anyone to be careful.

Front staff was rude, they dit visibly annoyed because we wanted to add items to our subs, then even more so because I asked for a drink. Maybe SLOW down and focus on a quality experience with your customers instead of being bothered by people handling you money?
