I ordered online and went through the drive through and had a great experience here. The staff were helpful and friendly, and my hot was hot and fresh. I did need to wait a few minutes for the French toast sticks, but that’s to be expected and is worth it.
The food is never fresh and hot but yet you sit and wait for so long like they are cooking the food or something. There is a delightful woman that works at the drive thru window that always makes sure to make you smile ?

The staff they do have are always kind and professional! However, the wait times are often ridiculous even at non peak hours. We waited in line for close to 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. This is a regular problem. They must be extremely short staffed. Management needs to either hire more people or off better pay to encourage more people to apply.
