“Honestly, I rarely review fast food spots because it's usually the same ole hit or miss. This location was exceptionally clean and organized. After ordering at the self serve kiosk, Dakota served our meal at our table. She mentioned that she didn't like that the fries weren't hot and fresh, so she would be bringing more out to us. We told her it really wasn't necessary but she insisted. As we ate our meals, we saw her running around doing everything - cashier, serving, fries, and to go orders! She deserves a promotion and a raise. You could tell she took pride in her job. I hope everyone has the same impression going here. I was sad to see such terrible past reviews. It must be under new management now because this was one of the best McDonalds experiences I've ever had.“
“Honestly, if you consider what it’s supposed to be, it’s great. $25 got enough food to feed 4? In this economy?! I’d rather have this for dinner than almost any other fast/convenience food. The staff was courteous and quick, the breadsticks are awesome, and it sure as hell beats paying that for a single small pizza at a lot of places.“
“I'm giving it 4 stars for now. We ordered ice cream, which was very good, and a few orders of cheese curds. One of the cheese curds tasted like it marinated in the ocean, and then they dumped a bunch of salt on it afterward. The ice batch was powerful in all fairness. And we went inside and ordered to go. I'll give them 1 more chance. But that's all.“
“My once a year visit to Chik Fil A, because of the political situation! The food quality and customer service are always good here! There is no denying this organization has good management and supportive staff! It was a pleasant visit, I wish I could go more often, but don’t like the politics involved with the organization!“

“Dang good brisket and drunken Thai noodles. My plate is an infusion of the best of both worlds and set to the spice level of my choice (1-5). Menu hack is to order brisket sandwich without the bun & drunken noodles without meat then topping your noodles with brisket.“

“First time visitor, I ordered the California roll bowl, it was so delicious. The servers were really nice and attentive. They had no issues answering all of my questions, and patiently waited until I was ready to order. The food was really fresh, and made right in front of you. My only wish is that the Tops have a little room to prevent the sauce from sticking. Other than that, 10 out of 10.“

The store was clean and the employees were very nice, easy to talk to, and very down to earth.But let's talk about my sandwich: Honestly, one of the best subway sandwiches I've had in the past 15 years! Unfortunately, over time, the service and cleanliness made me swear never again.Tried the location in Cartersville after a job and was quite surprised.I like the layout of this store, the same as the Rome location.It feels more personal. The manager basically took my order at the register and then delivered my food.Also, she followed up on a drink refill during the course of my visit.I did not have to sit and wait at a table to order. Not knowing where my server was like my local location.I have visited this location every time that I am in the area and will continue doing so. It is a much better concept than the other locations.Ad the burgers and shakes are the best.“

The proportions of the Mac n cheese was not up to par as well as the portions of the milkshake. I work at a near by chick fil a so I am aware of how much of each item we shall receive. “We went to culvers right when it was about to close. But they did accommodate me. I wanted the veggie harvest burger, surprisingly it was good. Another employee was actively wiping down tables and cleaning the dining room during lunch rush, which was great to see. He also offered to take my trash once I was finished eating.A fryer alarm was set off while I was eating and it continued to ring the entire time I sat inside. Mildly annoying but I think it just may have been a lack of staff members able to step away from their position to tend to it.Parking: Very small parking lot, it may be difficult to find spots during peak hours if you are dining in.“

“We all know Five Guys has some pretty awesome burgers and fries. I wish I could give them 5 stars but y'all. Over 10 bucks for a burger?! I can go to Chili's and get an Ultimate Bacon Burger delivered to my table WITH FRIES for 11 bucks. This 5 Guys here in Cartersville does have one thing Chili's doesn't - and that's Yashika. She is the sweetest, friendliest fast food employee in the history of fast food. It's almost worth getting ripped off when you have such excellent service. Heaven help them if Yashika gets a job at Chili's, though....A juicy bacon burger dripping with Honey Chipotle AND amazing service?? Cartersville would never be the same!“
“Update: The owner called my phone within minutes and was very pleasant and Apologized for everything and asked what he could do to make it right. I greatly appreciate him calling and will be returning to get food tomorrow and as long as everything goes good many more times to come!! They do have the best Chicken by far ?They are supposed to be open till 6 and that is never the case so after calling at 12 to see what time they would be closing and getting told 4 or 5 I called at 3:04 today and placed a order I was told it would be ready in 20 to 30 mins my husband drives all the way there and was told the owner who took my order left and didn't make the food and the person there can't make any. Worst customer service ever. Sad because their food was good and now we won't be going back!!“

Our burgers were literally the best burgers either of us had eaten in years-- we think it was ground chuck they used, absolutely fabulous, we both ate slow since they were so good... “Great biscuits,soft and moist but not fall apart in your hands moist. Lots of meat choices from red hots to bologna. If biscuits arent your thing,they do wraps also. Great food at good prices. They could cut back on the ice in the drinks. Got a large 32 ounce with about 8 ounces of drank and the rest all ice. Fortunately i enjoy eating the crushed ice they use“
